Blackbird Luxury 2 Bed Accommodation Room 7

Very nice and modern apartment about 10 mins walk to the Winter Gardens where we were visiting a festival. Holly and Dava from Blackbird Luxury Accomodation took very good care of everything and always checked back if there's anything else we need. Apartments are very clean and well maintained, plus the kitchen is well equipped so that there's nothing missing

Nice clean place

The living area was comfy, the kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were small but clean Easy to access the property

The bedding was in need of an update Flat pillows and duvets - the covers were a little dingy

the owners have been very clever with design skills and made several rooms out of an old building and internally it is very nice

however this is not a place that has nice views and for the money, very cramped. You have a side window that looks straight on to a side wall and the rear window overlooks a space for parking. Beyond that are buildings with smashed windows (nothing to do with this property but that’s your view). Also the allocated parking is not good. we scraped our car driving onto our space as the bollard seems to sit to high and on our first night someone decided to just take our space so we had to park elsewhere. To be fair owners offered to cover cost of car park but a solution to parking needs to be found. Finally I thought it was a lot of money for a cramped self catering place.
