Buchanan house is a modern family-friendly 5 bedroom house located in the Blackpool Town Centre. This stunning house sleeps up to 14 people with a two double rooms, a twin room, a room with bunk beds, a room with a double bed and bunk beds and a sofa bed.
There is a lounge area and a very spacious kitchen with dining space.
Our kitchen provides you with all appliances you would need during your stay and a breakfast bar for extra dining space.
The private bathroom offers a shower, bath and towels and there is also a downstairs toilet
There is a cleaning fee of 1.58 GBP & a fully refundable damage deposit of 300 GBP per apartment
Before your arrival & in order to receive your check in details, we require a copy of your photo ID (Either driving license or passport) & your deposit . You will be contacted regarding this at least 7 days prior to your arrival. However for any same day / last minute bookings, the cut off time for this is 8pm on the day of check in. If this isn't complete, you will not be checked in.

Good sized rooms
Central location close to beach and high street
Need to put some locks in Bathrooms
Kitchen pots and utensils need to be changed as they have significant wear and tear
