Great location, lovely decor. Not suitable for winter though as windows drafty and radiators don’t work. Did have 2 litt

Heating didn’t work and draft through smaller bedroom window. Bed settee not big enough for 2 people. I had booked for 4 adults and 2 children. Towels only for 4 people

Lovely place. Not great for winter.

Property was in a great location and has been done up very nicely. One of the nicer places I’ve stayed in in Blackpool.

The heating on a short timer was not ideal. Impossible to make the flat warm for returning after being out. No shower gel. Shower water was not hot. Having to pay £100 deposit privately and having to wait to get it refunded.

The location was great, very central. The apartment was nicely presented.

We had no heating. It was very cold. When enquired with host they gave a reset instruction which didn't work. Heaters were left, although these were poor & one didn't work. Disappointing.

It was cold, heating took ages to get going and doesn’t come on in the bathroom. Having to bank transfer the security deposit and waiting a week to get it back was odd. And the Host was not very helpful at all. The guest booking experience was not great

Nicely decorated and very comfy beds

The apartment has been decorated to a very nice finish. All amenities as needed and close to the centre. Beds were comfy. We wanted somewhere nice to stay while visiting family, this is one of few in Blackpool that I would stay at again. Would recommend to a friend.

Group trip to the Darts

Great apartment - clean, comfortable, roomy, as pictured, good location.

The damage deposit process is difficult if you’re with a building society as it doesn’t show in the letting company’s bank straight away leading to issues getting the codes for access. Had to use a family members bank account instead.

Great location.

cleanliness on arrival was extremely disappointing and worrying. Especially when it states on booking.com that the property is professionally cleaned. The list is; - Fridge freezer had not been cleaned and was dirty - Microwave still had splatters of food inside - Grease and left over food on baking trays and oven was extremely dirty, again from grease and food. Which appears not to have been cleaned for some time. - The utensils in the drawer were dirty and also had crumbs inside the drawers and stains on kitchen door fronts. - Cleaning sponge that was left was well used and dirty - Spills on chopping board which also shows that the property hasn’t been cleaned prior to arrival - Carpets and floors appeared not to be swept or vacuumed. - Dust along skirting boards (hallway) - Blind in the larger bedroom is broken - Stains on the living room sofa - Black mould in the drain of the shower along with the dial that changes the shower head to the waterfall head, was not working and loose. Toilet seats were also loose. Beyond disappointed after choosing this property over others in the area after appearing to have positive reviews around cleanliness.

Great apartment and petfect location

Had a great stay here and will definitely be returning… Apartment was clean, well presented, spacious and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, next to all the best bars/restaurants and just a few minutes walk from the North Pier. Communication to get into the apartment was clear and all queries were answered quickly. Thanks for having us!

Very nice apartment, lovely decor, but dirty

Very nice decor, spacious.

The apartment was dirty. The fridge, microwave, oven, cupboards and bathrooms were dirtyThe beds looked like they had been slept in! Only one rad seem to work, apartment was freezing. Took a while for the hot water to come through , which, we were told it can take a few minutes by the host, but it was definitely longer than that.

More hassle than it's worth

The design of the apartment is aesthetically pleasing.

The sofa bed was definitely not suitable for 2 people, nor was it comfortable. I had selected a free extra bed when I booked, this was not provided. The duvet in the large room smelt dirty and was incredibly thin. You can hear everything in the apartment above who were incredibly noisy (past midnight). You have to make a bank transfer of £100 as a security deposit, which you have to wait a week to get back. The sink in the kitchen was blocked. When you flush the toilet, the pipework sounds like it is going to burst through the walls. There are only a couple of coffee sachets provided, not enough for 4 people, never mind 6. Check-in is late, and check out is early. I was not going to leave a negative review, but after contacting the owners, I felt I had no choice. The owners ignored all of the issues that I raised and were not willing to refund me the £25 extra I had paid for a later check out as a goodwill gesture.

Beautiful apartment but

Beautiful apartment, I loved the main bedroom the way you step down to it .. really stylish. Very easy to reach from the North pier.

There was parts of the apartment that were not clean.. we did contact the letting agent and they offered to send the house keeping around but we declined and did it ourselves. It was so loud on the nighttime, like the nightclub was inside the apartment but that is no fault there's just where the apartment is located

The apartment was what we needed, spacious with one ensuite bedroom. The facilities had everything we needed as a family. Good location and accessibility to amenities. The bedroom had a TV so relaxing. The living area was very cosy and we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a lovely apartment and will definitely be booking again as it is perfect for a family and it’s in good location.

The property was lovely was very well equipped had everything you needed. It was lovely and modern. Very well situated for all the attractions. The communication and checking is very easy and stress free and always got a very quick response if I asked any questions.

Unfortunately the Wi-Fi was not working during our stay but wasn’t really a massive issue as we were out alot but could maybe an issue for some one else. Also the was a smell from drains maybe could just do with a better trap on the pipe to help the smell.
