Avoid if you have any standards

Apart from the location not much

It was very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly, the sofa was stained and the chairs were nearly collapsing. There were no sharp knives/corkscrew or a peeler in the kitchen, there were no curtains at all only old blinds that didn’t fit the windows properly so it was very light in the bedrooms all night. There were no mattress protectors on the beds just a very thin sheet. The bathroom was old and dirty and neither the shower door or window shut properly and the toilet brush was also filthy but someone had kindly left a used dental tooth pick next to it so that was a nice find find, I wonder if it was there fingernail on the hall carpet aswell? We did complain and someone came round to change the broken chairs and Hoover but the place needs an overhaul and a deep clean.

We had a lovely time. We would stay again but could be improved by sprucing up the property!

The size of the property was great and it had everything that we needed. The bed linen and towels were impeccable…lovely and clean! The beds were also well made and comfortable. Toiletries in the bathrooms were left although we had taken our own. Also washing up liquid and sponges etc to clean the dishes were left. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and equipment. No keys needed…meaning you didn’t need them if you went out!

I thought that the property was tired. The walls had holes in them. The cutlery drawer front was falling off. The property needed a really good deep clean. We found food from someone else under the sofa and packaging in the bedroom from other guests. The bannister railing was filthy dirty. The sofas in the lounge were terribly uncomfortable so after a long day walking around I found it hard to come home and relax in them!

Good location on a quiet street. Hosts were only a message away- always replied asap and dealt with any issues. Apartment had everything you needed for your stay

The apartment was clean and tidy but some dust under beds and sofas. The sofa covers had sticky sweets stuck on it so could do with a clean or replacing

The apartment was in a great situation, close to all amenities, spacious and everything we needed. Amenities were great, everything available.

Shower tray in .main toilet needs attention, not draining well, easy fix with drain blocker, ironing board does not stand on its own.

Fantastic location

Excellent location, close to the promenade and in between two tram stops. The flat was spotless and plenty big enough for what we needed. The access to property was easy. The property was lovely and warm which was great as it was freezing outside. The kitchen has everything you would need.

These are more of suggestions than things we didn't like The information folder could do with updating In the main bedroom there was only one bed side table so my husband had to put his glass of water and glasses on the floor

A perfect base for exploring Blackpool

We had a fantastic stay in Blackpool and the apartment was perfectly placed around mid way between the pleasure beach and the tower. Very spacious, clean, warm and comfortable, with the kids having their space, with bathroom, and the two of us having hours with en-suite. Tesco local just round the corner was a bonus. It was also remarkably peaceful and we will definitely book again. Hilary was extremely helpful, quickly responding to any questions we had. Many thanks.

We stayed in apartment 4 on the ground floor,which was perfect for my mum who is disabled,private access with a ramp,large accessible bathroom with plenty handrails,one large double bedroom with access to a garden area with furniture,one smaller bedroom with an electric single bed,tv in each room,open plan kitchen and living room,very well equipped and clean,tea,coffee etc supplied,parking space right outside apartment,communication with Hilary was great,she also allowed us a later checkout as it was vacant that day,we will definitely return.

It was lovely clean and very spacious . Everything you need while away . Great place to stay if you have disabled children as bottom apartments you can use the ramps at the back . Hosts were brilliant as well it’s near to shops and the pleasure beach . We will be back again soon 😀

Absolutely fantastic holiday apartments!

Absolutely fantastic hosts, couldn’t of been more accommodating! Hilary was so friendly and approachable from booking and during our stay! We booked as a family group travelling from various places to meet to scatter my late grandmas ashes. Sienna apartments just made the weekend even more special. We couldn’t of been happier with our stay!!

Great place to stay for someone who uses a wheelchair or has limited mobility.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and being on the ground floor with ramps to the door is perfect for someone who uses a wheelchair. It comes with a wet room shower that is totally accessible. can’t fault anything.
