Olivia Rose is located in the South Shore area of Blackpool. Just a stone throw away from everything Blackpool has to offer. From Blackpool Pleasure Beach, The Sandcastle Water Park, Blackpool Tower, The Sealife Centre & much more. The location is perfect for both leisure & business trips & ideal for families due to its central location. Benefiting from only a 2 minute walk to the Beautiful Promenade & Beach.
Olivia Rose has 4 Bedrooms. Our kitchen provides you with all appliances you would need during your stay. There is 3 x bathrooms within the apartment, 1 x main bathroom with walk in shower, bath, toilet & basin, as well as a 2 x en-suites with a walk in shower.
Please be aware, this property is across the second & third floor of the property, this is accessed by stairs.
There is free on street parking, this is subject to availability and cannot be reserved.
There is a cleaning fee of £123 and a fully refundable damage deposit of £400.
Before your arrival & in order to receive your check in details, we require a copy of your photo ID (Either driving licence or passport) & your deposit . You will be contacted regarding this at least 7 days prior to your arrival. However for any same day / last minute bookings, the cut off time for this is 8pm on the day of check in. If this isn't completed, you will not be checked in.
