Great Room

Room was fantastic. All items worked perfectly. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Close to shops/pier/takeaway. Definitely will use this hotel for future bookings.

There was a WIFI issue. Not a massive problem. This was a one off issue. Did not affect our stay in the slightest.

There was no hot water in the morning and not enough glasses in the apartment for all 4 of us to have a drink.

Location good, big living space, if you start sleep in the double bed, single bed mattresses need upgrading.

New feel, spacious, large living room, clean.

The single beds were both terribly uncomfortable, spikey springs digging in to our body’s caused my mom and I to have a sleepless night. Double bed was fine. I ask for the landlord to feel it for themselves.

Ideal stay with a newborn baby

It was perfect for us with our 8 week old baby. Everything was clean and modern - with Netflix in both the living room and the bedroom so we could get our little one down to sleep early! We were called before arrival and offered a cot which was lovely but took our own. Self-check in was easy with a code on the front and apartment door that was emailed to us. The free parking right outside was great to load all of the things into the apartment for our baby!

The only thing would be no lift and two flights of stairs being on the top floor with a baby and all of the things she needs - but that wouldn’t put us off booking again!

Good

Very nice apartment in the heart of Blackpool, 2 minute walk from shops and promenade. Very modern clean studio apartment inside and out, equipped with everything you need during your stay. Lovely decor and full apartment was spotless, I cannot fault it at all, it was lovely. Free parking at the property is also a massive bonus

I cannot fault the apartment, the only thing I would say is, the other guests in other apartments in the building were extremely loud and disturbing, I was only here for 3 nights and never got much sleep due to partying and fighting by other guests in the building which lasted until 5am. I did report did the first night and was advised someone would be coming to have a word with these guests but the noise continued for a further 3 days which wasn’t ideal as we were hoping for a relaxing time away, which resulted in no sleep during our stay. As well as strong smells of cannabis throughout the building at night. Which again I didn’t report all of this but nothing was really done, and I did explain we’ve had to sleep to to the disturbance and we weren’t offered any solution, or compensation. The guests weren’t removed and I didn’t want to continue complaining. I would maybe recommend double checking the ages of guests and double checking at check in to prevent this in the future, and maybe be a bit more empathetic that other guests such as myself have paid full price for a relaxing weekend which ended up not being the case.

Regardless of my negative comments I would stay here again, these were just feedback for the owners.

Location was good, bed was very comfortable. Spacious. Had sufficient cooking resources. Off street parking. Lots of towels. WiFi. Big shower. Large fridge and freezer. Tesco extra near by. Plenty tea and coffee.

Felt like it an escape room to get into, given wrong PIN number for front door. Didn’t receive any information for apartment door. Had to phone for 10–15 minutes until someone answered and helped us out. Tv was temperamental, remotes didn’t work. Heating had a mind of its own, got very hot but too noisy at nights with windows open. Listed in the description there was a washing machine, nothing in apartment. Walls in bedroom were quite thin, could hear other apartments tv and activities at night.

Would definitely stay again!

Loved the property, it was very well presented, lovely lay out and very comfortable. Easy to access and my kids absolutely loved that you could see the tower lit up from the rooms.

There was no bin bag in the bin and no bin bags in the property, with a family with 2 small children this was slightly inconvenient however this is the only thing I have to say that is not positive.

Luxury break

The deluxe studio was very spacious and modern, and we were delighted that it came with a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances. There was even a laundry room, to wash and dry your clothes, which was a great add on! It had a lovely seating area for having lunch and a very comfortable sofa for relaxing while watching TV. The bed was exceptionally roomy and incredibly comfortable, which ensured a restful night's sleep, which was particularly important for me due to my severe back pain. Being on the ground floor further enhanced my stay. The beautiful seating area in front of the large bay window was a wonderful place to sit and unwind. The shower was adequately spacious and also very modern. The flat-screen TV was excellent, as it allowed us to log in to our Netflix/Prime accounts to watch our favorite shows. The security measures were commendable, with CCTV cameras both outside and inside, and the key safe provided a sense of security during our stay. Moreover, the location was ideal, as it was conveniently close to all the places we wanted to visit. I highly recommend this accommodation, as its ideal for couples, singles, and families of all ages. I cannot wait to visit and stay again!

fabulous stay in Blackpool

I got this for my son and his partner, they were absolutely made up with this property. The communication with full instructions about the property was fabulous. It was clean,comfortable and well decorated. The location was perfect with access to north and south Blackpool, also short walk to tram. I would definitely use this property again thank you.

Best place we’ve stayed in Blackpool - a home from home

The apartment was very modern, clean and comfortable to stay in. Great communication from Sophie ☺️ Fabulous facilities, free parking space and also allowed us to keep our car there whilst we nipped for breakfast after checkout. Towels also provided for free, as well as a travel cot for our baby. Location good, in between central and south pier ☺️ The whole accommodation has the wow factor, it’s nicely decorated and even the outfit looks great. Overall an amazing stay and will definitely recommend to others and stay here again ☺️ My 6year old son didn’t want to leave and asked if we could live there 🫣🤣 Our apartment also had a great view of the tower!

Location was great. Accessibility was great, the off-road parking was fantastic, there were a few things that could have been improved with the facilities but it did not hinder our overall experience and we would definitely book again

Just a few basic things were damaged like the door anti slam, and the lock on the toilet door didn't work. Nothing that made the stay unbearable it was an overall good experience.
