Simpson Beach View Apartments by Blackpool Service Apartments

Apartment 1 : is absolutely massive and unbelievable value for the money I payed,consists of a giant living area with 2 bedrooms,one with a double and the other with a bunk bed style double bottom/single top also has a bath tub with plenty clean towels to use. Location is a stones throw away from the promenade and you can see South Pier from the window. Full Apartment was spotless from top to bottom. The tvs are massive and they also already have connected Prime TV or a few other streaming services meaining of your having a quiet night or decide to watch TV there is plenty to choose from❤️

Everything from location to the staff, peter couldn’t of been more helpful if he tried and we will definitely be staying again. It was perfect for our two young children and they had the best time.

Keys were in a lock box and codes were supplied to gain access. Location of apartment was virtually outside the South Pier. Heating in the property was great. The apartment was surprisingly spacious. TV in each room. Iron provided and travel cots. Washing machine was provided if needed.

We struggled to open the downstairs/front door. We feel the property was not particularly clean upon entry. Lots of hairs on the floor and sofa. Mirrors werent cleaned etc. The properties fittings, fixtures and furniture left something to be desired and were a little tired. Especially the sofa, which was covered in holes and masking tape. The odour in the bathroom was quite strong. There seemed to be dirty water being collected under the toilet pipe. Most plates, cups and cutlery needed a quick clean despite being stored in the cupboard.
