Confront perfect location lovely staff

The location was perfect the flat was fab everything you need within the apartment including a washing machine witch was a huge help

The beds weren’t that comfy and the couch was very worn the locks on the doors are really stiff and struggle too lock at times apart from that over all we where very pleased with our stay thank you

Great value for moeny clean apartment

Great value for money. All home comforts. Well equipt, very clean in a grrat location close to South Pier pleasure beach and tram stop

Some of the lounge furniture a little worn. 3rd story Apartmemt ,so two flights if stairs not recommended if you have any mobility issues.

Great apartment location, and good size. Could be cheaper, as the quality wasn't great

Keys were in a lock box and codes were supplied to gain access. Location of apartment was virtually outside the South Pier. Heating in the property was great. The apartment was surprisingly spacious. TV in each room. Iron provided and travel cots. Washing machine was provided if needed.

We struggled to open the downstairs/front door. We feel the property was not particularly clean upon entry. Lots of hairs on the floor and sofa. Mirrors werent cleaned etc. The properties fittings, fixtures and furniture left something to be desired and were a little tired. Especially the sofa, which was covered in holes and masking tape. The odour in the bathroom was quite strong. There seemed to be dirty water being collected under the toilet pipe. Most plates, cups and cutlery needed a quick clean despite being stored in the cupboard.

Great 2 bedroom flat right opposite Blackpool south pier, & mins away from Blackpool Pleasure beach.

The location was for where we wanted to go in Blackpool was fantastic, across the road from the South Pier.

Nothing to dislike, exactly what we needed as family .

Perfect location for the Pleasure Beach

Large property with 2 good sized bedrooms. The location was perfect, only a 30 second walk to the south pier and 3 minutes from the Pleasure Beach. The property has everything you need for your stay. We will definitely stay again on our next trip.

The apartment was clean and it was close to the sea and trams

The flat is needing upgrading, the entrance hall at the front door was messy. The matress on the double bed is needing replaced as it was lower on 1 side, the double glazing was difficult to open or close and some panes needing replaced, the door on the meter inside the bathroom didn't close over and was always ajar and the hot tap continually dripped, the cooker was difficult to use.

Ideally situated for kids for pleasure beach , sandcastle and south pier ! Also plenty of food places around , we used local just eat for pizza , chinese and macds !

Family didnt like coming home ! We have no complaints about the property ! Abs none !

Location was good but advertising says parking it’s not free it’s a car park close by which charges

Mould in rooms broken parts all over apartment not been cleaned vapes in draws,draws broken,rips in sofa, doors broken absolutely disgusting apartment do not stay here avoid at all costs not worth £50 a night never mind £200

Good location spacious apartment

Not very clean Broken kitchen tap Nails sticking out of radiator cover in living room ( which youngen grazed arm on ) Bath panel broke Taps on basin in bathroom loose Knife’s missing or handle broken on them Just needs a bit of tlc was ok for two nights I would not of been happy if spending a full week here and parking doesn’t come with it as stated but the response from when I messaged was poor but was Just ok it looks better in the pictures

Fire alarm beeping in entrance hall due to fault unable to resolve, some general maintenance is required, a weekly outdoor window cleaner would be a great addition with the views they provide. PARKING is advertised but on the arrival you are then told it is with their other apartments not this one.

the property was in the location we needed to be

that when we got there we couldn’t find it because there was no signage up saying the name of the apartment and when I rang the person he wasn’t much help as he wasn’t even in the country, the windows were dirty , nothing to say where to leave the key in the morning of departure , so I left them in the key lock outside

Location was excellent for visiting Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Katie and Peter were incredibly helpful.

From the outside, the apartment didn't look like much, but on the inside, it was lovely. No parking but we used a nearby carpark with no problems.

Superb

Very spacious service apartment with all facilities and very clean. Host was very helpful in allowing an early check in and a late check out. Location is also a plus point due to the proximity to the major amusement parks.

A great stay, easy to use, brilliant location, and overall 9 out of 10.

The location was perfect, you could see the sea and it was in easy reach of all the amenities. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and we could soon get everything we wanted if we didn't have it.

The stairs, my parents are both in their 70's and whilst they aren't steep stairs there are quite a few. This presented the odd challenge, especially for my dad. Some difficulties opening the front door, the lock was temperamental and sometimes it needed an extra twist to open. Please replace the sealant around the bath/shower. The place is superb overall, everything spotless, just that one issue lets it down. Otherwise, fantastic.
