The apartment had not been cleaned and as a result we had no where to stay.

Good location.

We arrived as planned at approximately 6pm. Upon check in, the apartment had not been cleaned since the last people left. Dishes in the sink, beds unmade, towels on the floor, bins full. When I phoned up to report this. The staff could not accommodate us elsewhere and would not send someone to clean it. Subsequently we had to where to stay. I was with parents who are 80 years old and we had no where to stay. It ruined the stay.

Great apartments just not the location

Could not fault the apartment, such a shame it wasn’t located more central. Having a disability meant relying on public transport. Would recommend to others as families using pleasure beach the apartments are a few minutes away .

Blinds broken in one bedroom - we couldn’t close them. No one answered phone when we tried to report. Toilet flush needs a long time to be able to flush. Some stains on blanket on bedding.

Kitchen area was nice as well as the breakfast bar. Nice equipment to use to make food and sofa and tv were great. Location near parking and pleasure beach was great!

Bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom wasn’t particularly spacious and the shower head pointed towards the wall. Didn’t see any staff at all and no instructions on how to set up the sofa bed but luckily we didn’t need it. Pillows uncomfortable as well as bed.

Fantastic location

Booked 2 apartments. Both were exceptionally clean and the location was perfect. We were travelling to spend days in the pleasure beach and the apartment was less than 2 mins walk away.

Location was great, staff via email were very quick to reply.

Pull out bed was broken. Was told that maintenance would come and fix this, which they didn't. Bed sheets on one of the beds was stained, which looked like someone had wet the bed previously.

Very clean, very modern, nice quiet location, good communication from host. Security deposit sent back very quickly. I forgot some clothes in the wardrobe, host very kindly offered to post for free.

Clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic for family days to activities like pleasure beach, south pier, tram stop a couple minutes walk away. We had a lovely stay, the place was clean, The staff from the office were also helpful.

The place was clean and close to places where we could get food and near the beach, which we enjoyed. We found a restaurant that served breakfast as well as African sadza and we enjoyed their food,

There are not enough parking permits at the premise and though there is parking nearby which we paid for, it was an expense we would have liked to not incur.

Excellent Stay!

We stayed in apartment 3, the 2 bed apartment with sea view. It was spotless, the standard of cleanliness was so high. The location is great, less than a 5 minute walk to the Pleasure Beach, and the South Pier. There's a shop nearby if you do need any essentials as well, and there's a decent sized car park literally at the end of the same road which was perfect. The beds are very comfy, and the apartments quiet. We had a great night's sleep. Plug sockets by the bed, even an extension lead was much appreciated. The TVs are huge, and one in each room, which was great. The shower is nice and big, with a waterfall overhead. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook, utensils, lots of crockery, cutlery and different glasses. Even foil and clingfilm! There was a sponge and washing up liquid too which is handy, as we didn't need to buy anything in order to get started. There's also tea, coffee, sugar and milk which is really handy. Also shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and plenty of toilet rolls in the bathroom. The fan in the wardrobe was a life saver too! Overall, an excellent stay and we would definitely consider returning if we visit Blackpool again.

Just a couple of small things to maybe consider. We could have done with a mat for the shower as it was a bit slippy. Also, some bin liners so we could change the bin more frequently. Scissors would also be good to have in the utensils drawer. Nothing I didn't like! Just some suggestions for add ons to make it even better 😊

Brilliant Stay

The communication with the staff before arrival was great. Location superb, easy to find and park. Apartment spotlessly clean with great amenities. Massive TV's in every room

Only thing that let it down was the lack of curtains or blackout blinds. In the room with lovely bay windows the room became bright very early. An eye mask is a must if you prefer a darker room. Everything else 10/10

The apartment had all you need in it and was clean the tv was good size and placed well so was easy to lay in bed and watch it when you relaxing Also about a 3 min walk to the beach and many place to eat near you It was to far to the zoo about 15 min drive and parking in my case was easy near the travelounge you will need coins tho £14 over night When speak on the phone to sort the room key pad etc was easy and not that long when you ring to ask someone help you right away I would choose again

Plenty of space, very clean apartment and convenient location

Location, although near the pleasure beach was very quiet. The apartment bedrooms were very spacious so with grandchildren gave ideal playing room.

Size of kitchen table, too large for size of room. That said a full capacity booking would need that size if all eating at the same time.

Best place to stay in Blackpool

We were here for Blackpool Dance Festival. Overall it’s clean and well maintained. Microwave, oven and fridge are all there. Check in and check out are both easy and smooth, don’t need to wait for anyone. When we checked out we left a coat and the management team was so nice that they notified us and posted it back.

Excellent property, brilliant accommodation facilities, fantastic location, excellent hosts (especially Rome!)

The property was beautiful. Incredibly well stocked, excellent quality of all furnishings, very supportive team (especially Rome!) who accommodated my elderly parents in every way possible. Brilliant location, would reccomend to everyone. Intend to stay again in the future!

It was perfect and I loved everything. Genuinely no cause for complain.
