Clean and tidy apartment with accommodating staff.

Ideally located for our stay for access to the pleasure beach and sandcastle water park. Tram stop 2 mins walk away so easy to get to other areas on the sea front.

Individual central heating in each of the apartments rather than for the whole building, with individual timers for each. Electric heaters were provided though.

Ideal location to visit either the quiet end of the seaside or the amusements and Tower.

Location was great for where we wanted to go. Just far enough away from the noise of the amusements but near enough to walk or catch a tram at the stop across the road.

Although we didn't needed the cooker was not in the best condition. It had been cleaned but the metal hob plates were rust coloured so maybe time for a replacement.

Perfect for what we needed x

Loved the big king-size bed ,the fact it had a little wall separating the room to a couch so I could watch TV. Although we only stayed the weekend there was plenty of utensils washing up liquid teabags u name it they had it also towels and free WiFi. We was in room 1 which was accesible for my sister with a walk in shower which was ideal. The fact we had stayed at marten mere Mon to Fri and check in wasn't til 2pm ish and Charles allowed us entry at 11am which I thought was very kind.

The fact that the 1st night a group of men came back Intoxicated and were loud upon entering the apartment corridor and banged doors staggering upstairs it seemed.

Great value family accomondation

The host was helpful and friendly everytime they saw us they asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything else. It also came with a fully equiped kitchen with more than enought for every. The biggest suprise was the playstation two with a huge selection of games

We had a great time and nothing to worry about at Sandpiper Apartments.

Everything! It was just the right size for the two of use. It was clean, the location was excellent with good transport (Tram) links, and we had all the facilities we needed within the apartment.

We could not fault it in any way. For us, it was perfect. This is the 3rd time we have used this Apartment, and will do again, when we return to Blackpool.

Perfect location, perfect hosts for an extremely reasonable price!

The location is amazing. The hosts are great, very attentive to your needs but also not overbearing. Tired but clean decor. The parking also was excellent, for the location and getting parking… wow!

You know what, I could be critical about certain things but you have to put it into perspective. It’s a great value for an outstanding location. The things some may complain about, we all had a laugh about as they are now amazing future family memories made.

Gorgeous room with great view

We stayed in room 1, it was spacious, clean with a lovely view of the front promenade. Plenty of storage and all we needed in a self catering apartment.

Only criticism I have was that the pillows were too thin/flat though the bed itself was comfortable enough to sleep in.

Amazing place to stay and have already booked up again for Aug 25.

The location for us was excellent as it was 2 minutes from the train station, and the tram stop was just across the road and a good service as well. Our apartment was clean and net all our needs, especially my wife who is disabled.

The only issue we had, and it was not really an issue to be honest, was getting normal TV. It had everything else Netflix, prime, etc, but we struggled to find live BBC One, Two & ITV. Of course we are old, so the problem may have been us! It had no effect on our holiday as we were mostly out!

Okay, get what you expected for blackpool

We like how we were left to sort ourselves but plenty of numbers if we needed help. The added amenities of the kitchen and bathroom that were usable to help us settle in before we had a chance to go shopping. PS2 was a nice addition. Was a lovely stay!

The cleanliness of the room/really old fashioned. The pictures/description weren't a true representation of the room we were given. The heaters and fans in the bathroom didn't work. The kitchen door didn't shut properly. Someone must of been smoking in their room or previous to us being in the room as it was very strong. Our car also got keyed parking in the front street too!

Great apartment in quiet location in Blackpool.

We stayed in apartment 5. Had everything we needed. Both bed and sofa bed very comfy, well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and kettle plus all essentials for cooking/eating. Nice and homely feeling and felt safe there. Apartment and general areas clean. Apartment on main promenade approx 1.5 mile from tower by pleasure beach so close enough to everything while being in a quieter location.

No view to anything as faces side of another building but this didn’t affect our enjoyment of the stay. Some of the cutlery and plates we used needed washing before use - other than this apartment very clean.
