Avoid avoid avoid at all costs

The decor was modern

Have you got all day? The front of the building is bordered up Parking is down a long alley which when arrived, was run down, full of burnt rubbish and filthy The back gate was wide open amd broken so we couldnt lock it Open drain near front door A battered smashed up door as you enter tiny front area Cigarette box next to front door overflowing We entered the property with 3 children and was greeted by an over powering stench of cannabis The property was filthy Big wet patch which stunk of beer on living room rug Crumbs and bits of food all u der coffee table Sofa is filthy full of stains Wires exposed from light fitting in down stairs room God knows what down the radiator Pubic hair and thick dust in toilet Suspicious stains on walls Shower tray was filthy and had hair and grime in it Water wasnt going down in shower tray as plug hole was filled with filth Toaster was filthy unusable Kettle had mould in viewing window Microwave had food splats all inside and gross Washing machine draw was filled with grime mould and filth Bin had all food debris inderneath bag that had been put in over the top Chips behind bin Cooker was disgusting knobs were covered in grease and what looks like years of filth Kitchen blind was all bent and shabby View from the kitchen wi dow was a filthy dirty garden filled with rubbish Fridge was filthy food debris and dirt Freezer had food in it and was old and filthy Walls throughout were filthy Drug users in the alley next to where you have to enter and exit Extremely run down area Rooms upstairs hadnt been cleaned we had a false nail ,hair band and a part of a rizla pack in ours Area is very run down,noisy,full of unsavoury characters and felt unsafe we put the hoover in front of our door as you come up the stairs as it had been broken off and didnt lock We tried calling the host and was ignored Avoid this place honestly its horrendous

Convenient location for a night out in Blackpool. Beds were comfy.

It was not clean, beds weren’t made properly and there were dishes in the sink upon arrival. No toilet roll had to go buy some.

It was really clean comfortable away from all the madness of Blackpool decorated and furnished nicely

There was 9 of us and only 4 cups for drinks in the morning and not enough plates for breakfast so we had to eat out and take our food home with us easily rectified though maybe charge whoever books the room if anything goes missing is broken as it’s not good for the next guests and maybe put another shower room in and toilets as 9 ladies wanting to get washed and use the toilet with there being only 1 was not practible

Perfect.

The place was perfect for us to sleep after a night out. Had all we need for the day and the beds were comfy, apartment was nice and decent size, nice and clean couldn’t fault it for what we paid. Tony was on point on providing all information we needed for our stay, thank you!

Terrible

The bedrooms appeared satisfactory. The linen clean and beds comfortable with a pleasant colour scheme. However a lamp would be useful to put on prior to switching the ceiling light off outside the bedroom and risking bumping into furniture in the dark. A lamp’s cable in one room was truncated to the wall and therefore couldn’t be moved to a better spot for safety. A tv in each room a bonus.

On arrival and about to make a cup of tea:- - Dirty, greasy cups that needed washing well before drinking from, but not enough for everyone. - Dirty, greasy large plates that needed washing - not enough for everyone. - Dirty, greasy really wet small plates with baked beans on that needed soaking in hot water - not enough for everyone. - Glass tumblers, dirty, greasy and one with cold water in it - not enough for everyone. Oops - no hot water on tap. Needed to boil the kettle three times to get enough hot water to wash said crockery. A half bottle of washing up liquid and a J-cloth would help About to put our food in the fridge - BUT IT WAS DIRTY and needed to be cleaned. The oven and grill were dirty and greasy. The Frying pan was filthy and greasy needing to be washed prior to use for breakfast. The kitchen table nice but the place sleeps 10 and there were only 6 rickety chairs - not enough for everyone. Only 6 table mats. The opening window was functional, but filthy! A toilet seat that stayed put when sat on would be nice. A toilet roll holder would keep the rolls off the pipe cover and prevent them getting soaked. Thank you for the loo rolls. A shower that gave out only just warm water is rather sad. Hot water would be preferable. The shower room sink hot tap was extremely mobile and difficult to turn on and needed to be turned clockwise – the wrong way – to turn it on. The cold tap was less mobile. The liquid soap was diluted to a point passed that which we were able to gain a lather. COME ON, REALLY - ONE TOILET and ONE SHOWER FOR 10 PEOPLE – ABYSSMAL The lack of hot water on tap makes it very difficult for 10 people to complete personal hygiene especially with small children, to say nothing of the ‘wet shaving’ men. It would be helpful on the ‘Property Facilities List‘ if it mentioned whether towels are provided – or not. We did appreciate the linen although it didn’t state that the linen was provided.

Agapi apartment huge mistake a huge gap'i in cleanliness

Location was close to the south pier.

Carpets dirty. The kitchen didn't have enough dishes and cups to say sleeps 10 people. What dishes there was they were dirty, cutlery/greasy dirty. Smell from cupboard under sink. Worktop surfaces ruined burnt/peeling. The microwave needs to be condemned as the metal side is missing inside. Opened fridge, there was a smell coming from that. No complimentary toiletries were provided, but it was stated. No hand soap in toilet or sponge/ washing up liquid in kitchen (the basics). There are no towels in the bathroom, as shown on booking.com. Livingroom pungent dusty smell. Couldn't sit on the sofa. It was stained, smell from it, cushions all stained on sofa and not swept floor under rug in room. Radiators and skirting board full of dust. Walls dirty marks stained. The blankets on bed were frayed and coming apart. Cushions/ pillows frayed. It's not quality at all. Triggered an asthma attack off.

Disappointing stay in Blackpool

The place was ideally situated near the beach with plenty of places to eat.

It was NOT clean especially the kitchen. All the handles were sticky. Hair in the sink. Bits of food left in the fridge and freezer. Crumbs all over all floors. I contacted the owner with photos and all they said was "I'll let the house keeper know"?!? Only one toilet. The whole place needs a deep clean and some TLC.

A superb place to stay for big families!

Awesome stay! Very comfortable and also very spacious. It is a definite winner for us as a big family from Birmingham (2 adults and 6 children). The children loved how spacious it was with a TV in each of the 3 rooms. The bedrooms were presented lovely, and the location was absolutely perfect, 2 mins walk away from the beach. The privacy of the whole family staying there in the entire apartment was absolutely nice to have fun as a family without that sort of worry. The place was clean, towels were provided, and many necessary items were available in the apartment as emergencies like fairy, plates, cups, frying pans, etc.. It is ideal and great to have a toilet separate from the shower room, especially for big families. Most of all, it is affordable and great value at the time! Having a great look out the window of the beautiful scenery and the Blackpool beach, whilst you are eating breakfast, is absolutely amazing and mesmerizing It's a superb place to stay and be at the beach in the summer! As someone else mentioned, we will save this property for future plans to Blackpool Beach. It was an amazing experience!

It did get a little warm, especially in the upstairs rooms. The children found it a little difficult to sleep on a very warm night, even with the window being open. A fan is recommended dependent on the weather. Also, possibly a short washing line outside for those who rinse the clothes off from the sand.

I liked size of the apartment, living room was very comfortable, good location. We were pretty happy just some small details.

Apartment was bit dated, definitely need properly renovation not only fixing issues. Many cracks on selling and scratched kitchen top, dirty windows and rubbish ditched out site of one of a windows. One more negative was wi fi only around 5 to 7 Mb/s where mobile network offering there around 150Mb/s from 5G there 🤔 .

Don't use any of Tony Furnivalis' properties - he is an ignorant, rude, disrespectful bully

The location was great and the place was clean and tidy

The check in instructions were useless and apparently you need to provide photographic id in order to get your codes but they don't actually tell you that is a condition just a 'would you mind sending us' and don't mention it at all until you 30 mins before the check in at the bottom of a long text message when you are already probably en route. Oh and it's not clear where you send them to. Then when you finally get in touch with the manager Tony to ask for the codes they are neither apologetic nor do they offer an explanation of why they need this id when they haven't once requested it in the 2 months since you booked. What's more they don't actually give you the codes after you manage to find an old photo of your passport on your phone and send it on to them they then want to send round a member of staff to check that they want to let you in. Honestly I cannot stress enough how vile this man Tony Furnivalis was and I would never rent anything he owned again. He accused me of being drunk and you could tell this was his normal strategy with women. Rude and ignorant and threaten not to let you in knowing that would make you frantic. When the member of staff turned up you could see she was absolutely mortified to see that we were just a normal family - not drunk, not aggressive, not rude just keen to get inside and relax. This horrible man made us wait over 45 minutes to get entrance to his property just because he could. Don't rent from this man. I intend to make a formal complaint to Booking.com and will also be contacting Blackpool council.

A big NO for this place 👎🏽

To begin with... extremely rude manager, who does not listen to your query n does not know how to address it... neither does the staff respond to the messages sent via booking.com... there was no FREE toiletries as mentioned in the facility list, no washing detergent for clothes, almost all window locks in the rooms were broken, one of the bedroom had a broken television, missing remote and a broken chair... the pictures are deceiving, no bathroom floor towels, floor gets slippery, the shower drain was clogged big time... my poor dad got it cleaned for them... the bedside lamps had bulbs missing, the wall clocks don't work... n the location is unsafe at night..

The bedrooms were spacious

Here are a list of what we deemed issues. There is a lighter just sitting on the floor by the front door There are several lamps without bulbs There was quite a few flies within the home There was a strong stagnant smell when opening the shower, we all refused to shower. There was wet stinky washing in the machine There is no tea towel, washing cloths or liquid. There was no instructions on how to turn the heating on, we tried but it didn’t work. Adult prescribed medication in the bedroom which was found by the 3 year old!!! A were a couple of sockets is loose and not screwed into the wall The toilet sink tap Continued to run for a very prolonged time. Paint peeling off the wall The home was just grubby and unkept, which is a shame as it has great potential to be a lovely space

The best place I have stayed in Blackpool

The property is absolutely huge and the decor is stunning. The apartment was spotless throughout! We could not believe our luck when we booked this place and arrived. I will only be staying here when I come to Blackpool in the future. It’s situated in a quiet area and there is a car park with cctv next to the apartment, so close that you can see your car from the window. The tram stop is across the road if the weather is bad but it’s basically sea front if you want to walk. The view from the kitchen window is stunning, you can sit and eat breakfast by the seaside. I can’t go on enough about this place.
