Perfect place for a central Blackpool stay

Location was excellent as it’s right next to the Winter Gardens where we had a dance competition the next day. We had a 2 bed apartment and it was spacious for a family of 4.

The toilet seat was too small for the bowl which was a bit odd but fine for a 1 night stay. The lights in the living room were as bright as the Illuminations so a dimmer switch would have been nice, but this is personal preference.

Fantastic location

Perfect location next to the winter gardens. Fantastic facilities in the property especially in the kitchen. Coffee maker was a bonus. Would recommend!

Very clean however there was a Slight musty smell. When finding the apartment it was not signed as mode apartment so this could make it easier for guests to find the correct location.

One bed had no room either side of it, so hard to get in and out, but once in it was very comfortable

Key code sent to my email the day before the trip. everything worked perfectly to access the property, good wifi, great tv, lots of towels and very clean.

Only two small issues the first was the tap sprayed water due to a hard water build up in the master bathroom, which I easily cleared. The second couldn't have been helped by Mode appartments as a family of seagulls had decided to have thier chicks of the terrace meaning we couldn't use it without fighting the parents.

Generally clean, bright, nicely furnished. Kitchen and bathroom well kitted out. Fab central location

Noisy area, but this is to be expected due to central location so can’t be helped. Design of bathroom taps meant you got a wet lap/ floor when it turned on. Found some clothes from previous tenants in the drawer.

Very comfy modern flat I would use again.

Flat was easy to get into with keyless entry. It was spotlessly clean. Great location with nice breakfast place just around the corner (Hive)

We had flat 4, ground floor flat.. noisy with late night talking on the street and heard everyone coming in the flats from 11pm to 3:30am.. no different to some hotels fir double the price to be fair.

Excellent stay at the Mode Apartments and will stay there again!

The location was excellent and the facility provided us with all of our needs. The washing machine/dryer was a bonus having 3 kids! We will be returning next year again.

Coming from a different country where security is an issue felt that doors didn't have additional locks.

Marvelous apartment! Convenient location, the closest apartment to the “Winter Gardens”. Convenient, big and very pretty entrance. Very warm apartment, due to the capital structure of the building. Soundproofing is excellent, you don’t hear passers-by, or the noise of the wind, or the sound of seagulls. Wonderful and large kitchen, where you can find a large refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, there are also a dishwasher tablets and washing powder, dishwashing liquid, rags. Warm, thick carpet is laid everywhere, thanks to which the floors in the apartment are warm. The bath is warm, so it is not cold to wash. White fluffy towels. Good beds and comfortable mattress. Two pillows to choose from, not high pillows and bigger ones. We slept deeply thanks to all the components. That’s is quiet, warm in the rooms even without heating due to the building, comfortable mattresses and pillows. We are looking forward to stay there again, and will definitely be back. Also it’s very convenient that the door opens without keys. So there is no need to carry keys with you and everyone can return home at any time.

There are not enough utensils for cooking, it can be added a little more.
