Christmas break
The space for a large family was brilliant. The children enjoyed the games room. The location is good to walk into town. Nice and warm house.
The area was a bit rough. Barking dog next door. Lack of some essentials in the kitchen. eg scissors. No lamps in bedrooms Only one parking space.

Perfect family group trip, clean and perfect base.
Absolutely fantastic group house, was perfect for the 13 of us, the games room was a massive hit with adults and children. The location was absolutely perfect for a weekend in Blackpool we were able to walk to everything required. The facilities were so clean. We had everything we needed for a great fun weekend, we will definitely be returning and recommending.

damp and mould issue in property.
The property smelt of damp on arrival and was scattered with plug-in air fresheners to disguise the mould issue. The bedroom had visible mould on the ceiling. The issue with damp would not be acceptable in a landlord / tenant scenario and therefore this property should not be rented out to guests.

Brilliant!!
The house was lovely, very clean and spacious. It was perfect for our needs. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
Park is limited to 1 car so we had to find alternatives parking which was a wee walk away.

Amazing family time enjoyed by all
The property was fantastic. Lots of space and nicely decorated. Only a 20 mins walk to the seafront and close to locals shops. Nicely decorated and everything you needed for a great long weekend with family

Ideal for a large family getaway a bit expensive for 2 days.
Plenty of room for all the family to be together and the games room is an excellent idea gave the kids and adults space.
The bathrooms could do with some work especially the showers. The floorboards definitely need work on the way to the kitchen and games room.

Has all we needed & comfortable
Only downside was booking.com did not send us the access pin so we needed to call the host this was sorted very fast, host was very good at helping us throughout the stay. The property had all we needed! Only thing to mention would be the back on the downstairs house smelt strongly of damp on arrival this wasn't an issue we just aired the property out throughout our stay. The dinning tables do need replacing we did notice this mentioned on many reviews. The property has areas of lack of repair ie dining tables however it was all fit for purpose and we enjoyed our stay. We had no issues of having 2 cars as we found ample free parking in quick walking distance from the property. Would definitely stay again!
