Wouldn’t stay with this host again

Looks cleanliness

Great caravan on a busy site but please fix the toilet seat!

The caravan we stayed in was overlooking the nature reserve. It was approximately a 7 minute walk from the haven sites entertainment complex which suited us. If I stayed again I would want the same caravan but they need to do 2 quick fixes.

The cracked toilet seat! The seal around the plug hole in the shower in the en-suite was filthy/black with mould.

The owner forgot to send us the lockbox code so we spent two and half hours calling around Blackpool trying to find accommodation at 11 o clock at night with a crying baby. The next morning we received a message that simply had the lockbox number, no apology or explanation. When I followed up, again we still did not receive an apology we were just told that they forgot to send it. Awful service and incredibly disappointing start to the trip. As well as the poor service, the caravan itself was very dirty. There was, what looked like chewing gum with food in it, stuck on the wall next to the headboard in the main bedroom, filthy throw cushions everywhere that smelt and had clearly not been washed in years and just a general feeling of uncleanliness. There were no basic amenities, such as even a roll of toilet paper, coffee/ tea or salt and pepper. Overall, very basic. This was probably one of the worst accommodations I have ever stayed in.

Clean and fresh! Comfortable seating. Great shower. Close by parking.

Tiny single beds, not suitable for adults and older children. Seven year old boy fell out of bed on Sunday night.

Tv variety good and excellent size tv.

Felt very unclean. Central heating not working. Fire in living room not working. Chairs were not clean. Duvet cover for double bed unicorn style 🤔. Defo could do with an update. Also should let people know park is closed so no options for entertainment.

Enjoyable

Very clean caravan & spacious .pleasant owners . The home sits in a lovely privet location .shops on sight a 2 min walk all activities & parks 2 min walk . Can’t wait to book again for next year

Great stay!

Great accommodation, very homely and comfortable. Caravan really nicely laid out. Bedrooms really good size and great storage as well. Loved the large veranda to sit outside and the large patio doors to open to enjoy some fresh air. En suite was a bonus as well as having two showers was really helpful, as was two toilets! Overall, we will stay here again, it had all the home comforts!

The caravan was suitable for myself and the children, and in a good location too access everything on site. Staff was amazing, loads for kids to do activity wise. Worth every penny. My children had a fantastic time. Would highly recommend.

Location for Blackpool, heating for property good and hot water ok. Double bed comfy.

All Remote controls needed batteries replacing, dining table was very unstable legs needed tightening up. Grill missing both a shelf and a grill pan. Curtain end stops missing kept falling of runners. Not door mat had to keep washing floored entrance when raining.

the net curtains had dirty marks, curtains falling off rails, trim’s coming off in caravan, dog chews under couch litter under bed in twin room, front door mat soaking underneath, awful smell of dampness , damp marks on walls, mattresses were awful could feel the springs , looked absolutely disgusting with no mattress protector or pillow protectors! can’t sleep with heating on as every 5 minutes loud thuds start then stop! You wake up freezing! Have previously used this company in a different caravan and it was nothing like this.

The caravan was in a quiet area of the park.Sunny decking area with comfy seating.very comfy furnishings in caravan.Dog friendly camp.Lots of walks for dogs, and dog friendly restaurant with excellent food....

Dogs not allowed on blackpool beach however plenty of walks on the camp for dogs....

Family weekend break

Caravan was lovely and clean and perfect for our needs as a family with grown up kids. Comfortable beds and equipped with everything you may need. Can't comment on the entertainment facilities as we did not use them......but we did see plenty of happy faces

Perfect family holiday with a home from home.

The caravan had a homely feel to it. It was situated away from the main hub of activities, which made it peaceful. There are grassy areas all around, so if you have young children, there is plenty of space for them to run wild. The staff on the park are lovely and very helpful. 15 mins drive from the beaches and all Blackpool has to offer. Came away happy, with lots of memories with my kids.
