Horrendous

The apartment was spacious and had all we needed.

A gang of men were staying above us, shouting, swearing and fighting. My daughters never heard swear words. My daughter was so scared. At one point it sound like they were going to come through the ceiling. My daughter wanted to go home. This went on all night right till 6.30am. We were staying for a national dance competition both mine and my friends daughters couldn’t give 100% to their dance, they were so tired. I complained and the following night the men were quiet but it was an horrendous experience and we were offered no compensation. It turned out what was supposed to be the best weekend of the year for our girls into a very frightening experience.

Great stay other than internet

The apartment was amazing and clean only problem for us was the internet as my grandkids brought there PlayStation to play at night but they couldn’t because of Wi-Fi signal

Wi-Fi signal was shocking even on our phones all notifications came through when we were out the apartment

Avoid

The property was clean and in a decent location

The TV doesn’t work, the water is absolutely scalding hot anyone could burn themselves badly on it.. it smells of damp and foist and is cold. The property is clearly having work done which I understand happens but it looked an absolute disgrace to stay in. Scaffolding all out of the front, wires hanging over the front door, you couldn’t see out of the windows as cement was all over them. There were old clothes, pants and socks on the drive aswell as rubbish, cans and food. My friend and I had 4 young children with us and our husbands were disgusted we were staying there. If I am honest, Blackpool is a disgrace and just avoid this property and the area in it’s entirely.

Good stay with family

Great size. Accommodated our group of 8, 3 adults and 5 children well. Decent location 5 minute walk to car park, approx 15 minute walk to tower part of sea front. Close to tram station. Fully equipt kitchen area, towels provided, coffee,tea,sugar, pots of milk, salt etc… Modern decor.

We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights, the size of the bathroom would be a problem if staying any longer. It is really small and there is only one. TV relying on WIFI, kept cutting out, really annoying trying to find channels. Perhaps just an aerial TV would be easier for people and remove WiFi connection issues. Mattresses and duvets were basic, but we’d walked so much in the days we pretty much crashed kids loved the bunk beds though. Sofa is not so comfy and the leather can be really cold first thing on a morning, we couldn’t get the fire to work so had to use the portable heaters. Very little space to hang clothes, dry coats etc especially when been out in the rain. Overall we enjoyed our stay just a few niggles that could make it even better.

Perfect for an overnight stay - clean, modern and comfy beds!

Lovely modern appearance, clean and well equipped - perfect for what we needed! Comfy beds, kids loved the bunk beds with the steps!

Sofas had an arm that fell off if leant on too much 😂 Was a bit of a smell initially - not sure if it was the drains/toilet but soon settled.

It was appropriate for my family size, clean and close to the train station.

There was lots of noise from the apartment on top of me. Kids running and stamping even at midnight. This disturbed my sleep through our entire stay. Sleep was very much disturbed.

The draws under the beds were full of dirt, hair and cobwebs so I had to clean them before been able to use.

Great stay

Check in instructions were easy. The room was lovely, well equipped and spacious. There was even a private outside terrace area. Great location.

The room was a little damp. You could smell it when you walked in and the beds felt a bit damp after returning after a day out.

Perfect!

The location was brill, right near the train station. And the street was lovely. Not too noisy, I slept brilliantly. Perfect for our girls weekend, we had so much fun! Thank you again !

Modern, contemporary and great location.

Very central location - almost next door to the railway station and North Station tram stop. Apartment was superb, modern and clean. Whilst staying the exterior was being renovated with scaffolding around the front but made no difference to our stay or enjoyment. Stayed in apartment number 1 - with 4 young children, apartment had private outdoor access with seating.

There was nothing i didn't like.

Would highly recommend!!

Loved that it’s upto date on the inside and also spacious doesn’t look it from pictures but it has plenty of room. They leave tea coffee etc which is also a great help especially after travelling all day. We would defo book again.

Although not a major problem the scaffolding out the front and back make the property from the outside not look as great but in fairness it doesn’t reflect the inside it’s still brilliant. We were mafe car ware of the day about the scaffolding so we knew what to expect regardless.
