Clean, spacious, when we visit Blackpool in the future this will definitely be the first place we look at booking

Beautiful cottage! Clean and styled to a very high standard. You can tell it’s well looked after by the owners. The photos don’t do it justice.

The only thing me and my partner said would be beneficial is an extra W/C. But there was nothing we didn’t like it was brilliant.

Fantastic, a great place to stay and well worth the price we paid

We really enjoyed the location! The house was beautiful and our family loved it. Liz saw me and my sister working out in the morning and even brought us over an extra yoga mat and some weights! The place was close to different amenities and it just felt really cosy and nice. We will be coming back!

Beautiful Home to spend the weeknd in!

Absolutely stunning little property, everything finished so beautifully inside, the decor was amazing. Immaculately clean and a big enclosed garden, located inbetween Blackpool and Lytham St Anne’s, I would say you’d ideally need a car, although we took a taxi to Blackpool and it was only £8 one way.

I would say ideally more comfy seating in the lounge area, we were a party of 7 and on an evening some of us had to either sit on the floor or on the kitchen chairs, although I appreciate space is tight but maybe another small comfy chair could fit in? This said it didn’t impact how enjoyable our stay was….we would definitely come again and if you were a smaller party this would not be an issue at all.

A very nice property. It was spacious and beautifully decorated and equipped. The surroundings outside were beautiful, enhanced by the sunny weather and the Hawthorne blossom.

Beautiful house!

The house itself was beautiful and had a very homely feel inside. The kitchen had everything we needed and loved the door that opened to outside with seating. Was just what we were hoping for, well worth the money and only a short taxi ride to the front. The owners were lovely and very helpful! We visited for 2 nights but could have easily stayed longer.

The layout felt a bit strange at first with the bedrooms being downstairs but the bedrooms stayed lovely and cool during the really warm weekend we visited. The only thing we would of found useful would of been a gate at the top of the stairs like the ones at the bottom as the house is dog friendly and we were worried our elderly dog may have fallen down the stairs whilst in the kitchen/living room. There was a baby gate but it didn’t work, so we blocked it with boxes/bags which was an easy fix and did the job.

Perfect location

The Coach House was in a good location, a short drive to the beach and local amenities! It's close to Blackpool, St Annes and Lytham all minutes away in the car! The accommodation had everything you could possibly need. Very dog friendly we all had a lovely stay and would highly recommend 👌

Fantastic place to stay, perfect location, gorgeous decor & super spacious.

We loved everything about this property & would definitely recommend. The house was immaculate and very generous space wise. It was perfect location for us- close enough to drive to Blackpool promenade but also felt like you were in the countryside with the lovely fields & greenery surrounding the property. The hosts were very friendly & messaged to check we were ok & had everything we needed . We wished we had stayed for longer& we would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous house! Perfect driving distance from all Blackpool attractions (about 10 minutes) loved the board games and the little treat in the fridge, great hosts.
