The Coach House or The Shepherd Hut

We stayed in the coach house for 3 nights, 3 adults and 4 children. It was lovely, open plan kitchen diner lounge, balcony, a great space. We are quite an out door family, so spent a lot of time on the terrace. We lacked private outdoor space.

The bathroom is quite worn, the seal on the shower enclosure has gone, water was pouring under the glass and wet the floor. A few of the bathroom accessories were also quite old, water damaged, and gave a slightly unclean feeling. For example, toilet brush. No private outdoor space, we weren't expecting it to be like it was. Although there is an enclosed area to use, it is overlooked by the hosts property and seen from the main road and driveway of the other properties that share the same entrance. No curtains/blinds in any the lounge/kitchen area, again lack of privacy as the cottage is overlooked by hosts/other guests at the Shepards hut. I hope this is construtive feedback! Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The terrace was invaluable.

We had a fantastic stay at the Shepherd Hut in Blackpool. The hut was exceptionally well presented, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell a lot of care and attention has gone into making it such a lovely place to stay. We did have a slight issue with parking, but this was completely due to our own mistake and absolutely nothing to do with the owners. Despite this, they were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to help us get it sorted, which we really appreciated. Overall, we couldn’t fault the stay. Lovely accommodation, very clean, well looked after and fantastic, helpful owners. We’d definitely stay again and would highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had everything we needed and more. Great location.

The property was great , everything we needed for a couple of days away . It was comfortable & of good standard.
