- Each of the large rooms come equipped with a wardrobe and dresser
- The single room has a dresser and a clothes rail on the wall
- Blackout curtains in every bedroom

Guest access
Receiving the keys: There is a lockbox outside the property, we will provide you with the access code on the day of check-in.

Regarding parking, we have a few options available for you.

1) There is free parking outside on the street

2) We also have a private parking space round the back of the property.

To locate this space: please head to the end of the road, towards the shops & take a left and take the first left. Head down the alley and you will see the large metal gates on your left. We will provide the gate key along with the house key. Please park your car between our wooden gates and the metal gates, this space is private to our property for you to use.

3) There is also a large private, paid car park, Lytham Road car park, around a 5 minute walk from the property. They charge £8 a day to park here. This is a great option if you have multiple cars and want to guarantee a space for the second vehicle.
