The property is very clean & a lot bigger than expected. Very comfortable sofa & tv’s in every room which was great.
The beds weren’t very comfortable, I would say the mattresses have seen better days but as we were only there the one night they done the job.

Location was perfect for what we wanted, clean tidy organised well
A lot of the stuff seemed old, bin was broken, table was wobbly, bedroom 1 is a floor bed or a broken bed that’s had the legs removed, in the bedroom there is no front to the bedside drawers, could do with some replacements

Perfect location. Nice and clean. Easy to access with passcode.
Hot water takes half an hour to replenish after filling the bathtub.

Facilities very good
Paid for parking 3 cars no room on first night paid extra to park down street First room down corridor was matress on floor couple went home after one night as it was very uncomfortable Daughter in law found old pair of knickers stuffed behind radiator
