Withnell Stays - Apartment Four - Ground Floor

We needed 3 rooms and that's what we had. Rooms are small, open hanging space it was adequate for our needs.

Base needs replacing especially 1st room next to toilet, right side of bed sinks to the floor, mattress was nice and kinda made up a little.

Bedroom with ensuite could of down with a little table

The location is perfect and the apartment itself was lovely, we really enjoyed ourselves

There were a few wires hanging from the ceiling which need sorting as it is a safety hazard And could do with children's bed guards, as my daughter is four, but disabled so I had to pray she didn't fall out the bed and put pillows all around her, but a bed guard would have been perfect

Great location. Close to the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle. They’ve tried with the decor. The arcade machine was a nice touch!

Have to transfer a security deposit of £100 by bank transfer and wait for it to be returned by another bank transfer. Seems dodgy, they won’t accept credit cards. Saying that I got it returned quickly. I was awoken in the middle of the night by the neighbours returning home in the apartment above. You can hear every footstep on the creaky floorboards. I just got back to sleep to be awoken yet again to the sound of a flood! Water was pouring into the bathtub through a light, coming from the apartment above. I messaged the owner and they replied at 2am asking me to go up to the apartment upstairs and tell them. Obviously this was out of the question! Outrageous they even made this suggestion. Was scared to use the electrics after that, after mixing with water. The mattresses are absolutely knackered. Could feel every spring. And the bathroom floor was filthy… just cheap hand soap provided despite there being a dispenser affixed to the wall for shower gel and shampoo.
