Was very cold when we arrived but soon warmed with the storage heaters and stayed warm with them on.

Wet and windy but what do you expect end of October, it’s what you make it and as a family we enjoyed every minute.

Very spacious, very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was fully equipped, bathroom had a bath with a shower which is a bonus, Two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 was equipped with a bunk bed which was fantastic, the lower bunk was the size of a double bed, also the top was a lovely size too. Main bedroom was very spacious massive king size bed, with siide cabinets. TV’s in all rooms except the kitchen.

Only one thing I noticed that there were no wardrobes in the bedrooms only rails with clothes hangers. Other then that’s fantastic

Fabulous accommodation

Very comfortable with homely feel. Lots of space. Its great to find somewhere with parking included. Location was fabulous for us to enjoy both the sandcastle and pleasure beach.

Beautiful apartment.

Beautiful house very clean and modern and very close to everything you can see the pleasure beach from the living room window this property is also ground floor which is great for family’s needing to use a pram or wheelchair users. Nigel reply’s very quickly if you have any questions. You don’t get any cleaning sprays or anything which isn’t a problem as I know people come into clean the house when you leave but I felt really guilty leaving oil stains on the Hobbs from cooking lol but this was my personal issue it didn’t reflect the house at all, if you want to clean up after yourself bring a cheap spray. I would definitely stay here again. I also felt it was very good value for money when you factor in the location also as some apartments are miles away from the main location and are double the price.

I loved everything the only thing I would say to people is bring your own towels as the towels aren’t very big. I brung my own as I always do when I go away but I know not everyone does.

September break

This is the fourth time we have stayed in these apartments. This particular apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and clean. It is in an ideal location and having a parking space is great!

Perfect location, lovely apartment

Lovely apartment, perfect location. Recommend taking an airbed as plenty of space in living room if you are a party of 6 like us. (sofabed uncomfortable, but perfect as sofa) Decor and space is relaxing with all the amenities you need. Would definitely recommend and stay again x

Parking was chaotic as road busy and cars just pull up on path and block driveways. Other users had parked in back spaces so had to wait to move car. Not the owners fault and communication was great from Nigel and the cleaner. Don't let this put you off, it's a lovely apartment and there is paid parking literally next door to the apartment £15 for the day if you have 2 cars like us ,as apartment only has 1 car parking space per apartment.

Pleasant and Impressive!

Locating the accommodation was straightforward and hasslefree. The ambience was very impressive and cozy. Everything was clean and neatly packed, plus it was just a few minutes' walk to almost all the attraction sites... cool! The host Nigel was nice, professional, and very helpful. We had a pleasant stay, thank you!

Great stay in a stunning apartment. We all had a lovely weekend.

The apartment was stunning. It was clean, well equipped & comfortable. Was very close to the Pleasure Beach, Sand Castle & South Pier. Easy to access with parking. There was 5 adults & 1 child (13) & the apartment was the perfect size for us. Owners were helpful throughout our stay.

We will definitely think of returning again

The location is ideal. The layout of the apartment very child friendly flexible as we were mix of two children two adults within two different families. This is a return visit to this set of apartments . Both times we have been highly satisfied by the service and amenities available . The host is friendly and reliable I had extra requests which he both responded to in a quick timely manner and fulfilled these with no additional cost or inconvenience.

The one thing I would ask for would be larger towels but that in the grand scheme of things is minor .

Beautiful apartment with a modern design, lots of space and a huge bed! Location was great and owner was friendly and informative, the apartment was clean and very comfortable. Wish we had more than 2 nights.

It's a bit of a walk to madam tussauds, etc but lots of other things are very close. Wouldn't stop me booking again for next time we visit Blackpool

Amazing Apartment

This whole apartment is absolutely beautiful, clean and the host was super helpful and easy to contact. Beds are huge and very comfortable. All kitchen equipment was super clean aswell as the bathroom. My whole family had an amazing weekend, we stayed for my daughters 6th birthday and it's in a great location aswell not far from all the attractions and it's right behind the pleasure beach & the indoor water park. Fantastic location will definitely be returning next time we visit Blackpool 😊

The apartment is worth a 5 star rating .it was very modern very very clean and the location was good .we were a party of 7 but still room to move around.the facilities were also excellent. I would stay again and again and would highly recommend it

Excellent location, right behind the pleasure beach with parking. The apartment itself is very spacious, lovely living room, huge comfy bed in master. bedroom, lovely bathroom and great kitchen with everything needed to cook meals. Clearly freshly renovated as carpets still lovely and fresh and soft, all paintwork in excellent condition. Lovely little seating area at the back. Lovely and clean throughout with towels provided. Excellent communication with the owner from start to finish. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend and definitely book again. We stayed in apartment 1 which was the ground floor apartment, no view of the seafront from here but can see the pleasure beach and the rides well.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like, the apartment more than met our expectations. No complaints.

Perfect family weekend, perfect location in a modern comfortable apartment

Apartment was modern, clean and perfect location, 1 minute walk to Pleasure Beach theme park and 2 minutes to sandcastle water park and South Pier. Beds and pillows were comfortable which is a rare find too. Huge TV where we were able to log in to our Netflix and watch a family movie.

Beautiful clean homely modern apartment.. Excellent location . Close to train Staiton, pleasure beach, sandcastle...Nearby local shop. can certainly get a good night's sleep... not noisy as some places I've stayed, had all necessary kitchenware super comfy pillows plenty of towels, clear instructions.. over all a 5 🌟 from me and my children without any hesitation we would definitely be staying again in the future.. oh just to mention the owner is a lovely man very helpful and gos out of his way to help if its needed..also the managers are super pleasant and equally as nice and helpful.i would highly recommend staying 💞
