The sofa bed was awful we let the children have the bed and my hips and back I can still feel the springs now. Other than that lovely stay accommodating and great for the money.

amazing visit , just a shame that this property was advertised with a terrace that we couldn’t use

Property was spotlessly clean , it had everything that we needed , the location was exactly where we wanted it to be .

We booked this property for our anniversary as it was advertised with a terrace and the weather forecast was for fantastic weather, unfortunately we could not sit outside as the chairs were unusable and the decking was dangerous , felt like we were going to fall through it

Clean tidy and modern it had everything we needed for our stay

The mattress is uncomfortable it’s really had so I found it hard to sleep also the toilet blocks Easily so I had to be very careful not to block it . It could do with new furniture in the bedroom cos it’s about damaged it’s fully working just got marks all over all the bedroom units and mould in the bedroom needs sorting as well but apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anybody if they want to be near pleasure beach

clean instructions and the apartment was more than I expected. The hosts phoned me (although I could not answer due to work) and they left a message for me. They followed that up with a text to ensure I had all I needed to check-in

All was well. It would have been an extra to have free parking but there were plenty of free spaces in the evening so no complaints there.

Very poor didn’t want to go back to the apartment after the first night.

Very close to waterworld and main front, very close to piers and main theme park.

Hi booking.com I have come back a day earlier from my stay tried to do this on the internet but couldn’t find where I could complain. The place was not as described. Dirty Mould Dampness Smallest shower, toilet and sink in a very small room which had mould. Bedroom has damp spots along the walls. Dust throughout the place, the reason why is there is the third new owners in Severn years and do not higher a cleaner they do it themselves but not to a good level, including picture frames and cupboards. The dryer in the utility room is broken. The pull out bed is a very old settee and is very dirty. Can’t access the luxury garden, ladder on floor not safe. I have pictures and videos that I can send you, if I can work out how to review I will give a 1 star. You need to take them off your site. Didn’t want to go back to the place, started to clean and wipe down and thought why should I, on holiday not to work as a cleaner. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed readily available, the location was great within walking distance to everything and the hosts were very informative and helpfull

Lovely apartment in a great location

The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was excellent. A perfect location for the pleasure beach. The apartment had everything in it required for a self catering stay. The owner was lovely and very kindly allowed us to check in a little early and even upgraded at no extra cost us as he was quiet. Will definitely stay again.

Apartment was lovely. Karl very helpful in texting to make sure we got the confirmation details OK etc. Made us aware of the local car parks and the Scottish chap there was equally helpful in giving us a few vouchers for various places. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stop there again.
