Clean, well equipped apartment

Loved the location, right next to the pleasure beach, Sandcastle and South pier. Took our 2yr old granddaughter for a 1 night break to see the illuminations. She loved it. Yes the apartment is up 2 flights of sheepish stairs but we knew this when we booked. Excellent facilities, everything we needed, including a TV in the bedroom, as well as one in the lounge. Owner, Kevin, was so helpful - allowed us to check in an hour early by pre-arrangement. Only slight negative was the price - however prices are always elevated during illuminations season - we came in November. We didnt want a hotel, as we wanted cooking facilities. Would return and have recommended to family.

Lovely modern apartment in a great location.

The property was clean & modern. Hands down the nicest place I've ever stayed in Blackpool. We chose it specifically for the location as we were going to the pleasure beach. Easy to check in & lots of info provided re parking & restaurant recommendation etc. We had a great stay & would definitely come back.

Weekend break family of 4

Loved our stay here in the chillingham suite for a family of 4, very clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Will highly recommend to family and friends and can't wait to come back again. Huge thankyou to Kevin for being a superb host. Very close to amenities but still very peaceful and quiet. See you again soon

After a cold and wet day out was good to come back to a clean and warm apartment.

Very close to the attractions we wanted especially the Pleasure Beach . Clean and warm. Once inside the apartment it was very nice. The outside was quite off putting but the apartment itself was very nice. Small but well maintained. Plenty towels and the bed linen spotless

As said the walk to the street itself and the outside was very dingy. Couldn’t get TV to work in bedroom. Ans that’s it. A first world problem. No telly.

The apartment is easy to get to, its only a 2 minute walk to the pleasure beach or trams upto the central pier, brilliant value for money, the apartment is lovely and is in a very quiet location, definately a 5* rating from us

Only problem is parking but because its on a street with resident parking only its only limited which wasnt a big issue as their is lots of parking close by, we manahed to get one which was a 5 minute walk away

Spacious, clean and great location

Really spacious and great for a family of 4. Location was brilliant, right near the beach and the theme park was 1-2 mins walk away. Our host Kevin was very attentive and responded to any queries I had during our stay. We would definitely book again!

Outstanding appartments

Kevin is always helpful nothing is a problem his appartments are fully equipped like back home it is always spotless i always his ground flat room as it suits my needs due to my mobilty we have stayed twice this year highly recommend to anybody looking for a nice clean room we surely will be back next year without a doubt we had a lovely 3 days

Perfect location, amazing apartment exceptionally clean and well maintained, host was perfect and in hand to help or advise about everything, and even allowed us a late check out as well as storing our luggage. The apartment had everything you needed and PlayStation was a bonus. Although apartment photos were good don’t even think the photos do the place justice when you actually see it. I will defo be staying here again :)

Perfect location

We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights and had a great time. The place was really clean and well looked after, and it’s in a great spot, just a short walk to the Pleasure Beach. There were some nice little extras too, like a PlayStation with loads of games which kept my boys occupied. The host was lovely and kind. He met us at the apartment right on time, was super helpful, and easy to get in touch with (not that we needed anything during the stay). Honestly, we couldn’t fault it and have booked again for next year. Thank you so much 🙂

I loved the size of it and how family oriented was there was a high chair and travel cot beds were super comfy even the sofa bed, the location was perfect for us as we had small children with us so walking to the pleasure beach was seconds away I have already booked for July again my new favourite place to stay in Blackpool
