Instructions were very clear. Was easy to find the apartment, key box. Very nicely explained. The facilities were nice, bed, sofa, kitchen.
We were missing bed sheets, towels and trash bags, as we were staying at apartment for one week.

Great location near South Pier and Pleasure Beach giving options on the trams into the centre. Near the Velvet Coaster so breakfast and any other meal is an easy walk. There is also a Spar shop round the corner. The apartment was clean and well organised and very comfortable. It was great to be able to come and go as I pleased. There was everything available if you wanted to make a meal and the heating was great as it was really cold when I stayed. Shower was hot and there was sufficient towels.
The automatic light in the entry hall switches off really quickly and before you have time to put the code in the door but I just waved my arms about to switch it back on (LOL)
