The size of the apartment, very modern and the facilities in the flat were 1st class. Also, the car park at the back door was so handy.

The house warden didn't check that I'd extended my stay and had to call to check with the owners, after waking us up 😢.

Our little break was enhanced by the accomodation, thank you.

The cleanleness and supply of cleaning material was well above expected. The flat was exeptional, but this was let down by the size of the shower/toilet room.

The mattress was a bit hard on the double bed.

Amazing stay in Blackpool! We had an incredible time—our apartment was super spacious, beautifully laid out, and absolutely spotless. Perfect for families, with everything you need just minutes away: the beach, local attractions, and Pleasure Beach literally on the doorstep. We couldn’t fault a single thing. Overall experience was good

Whenever we had a query, we recieved a quick reply from the host, Sonia. Sandra was very kind and helpful to us throughout our stay and always ensured we were comfortable and happy.

The Internet wasn't too good after the 1st day so we had to use our own data, but our overall experience was good.

Brilliant location perfect for families. Will use again!!

Brilliant communication from the owner regarding access to the apartment. Brilliant location, just a couple minutes walk to south pier and the pleasure beach. The accommodation was brilliant for a family, lots of space. Generally clean and well presented. TV in lounge with WiFi access meant the children could watch Netflix etc. Washer and drier available and easy to use (great of you have children) We will definitely be using the accommodation in the future.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Would suggest perhaps a broom or dustpan and brush so that guests could sweep carpet / kitchen floor this is particularly useful for families with smaller children who can make a little mess at mealtimes.

The property was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.It was great to have a parking spot because the air show was in town and it was very busy.The location was great, near public transport and plenty of places to eat.Would thoroughly recommend these apartments.

The location was fab, right by the South Pier and just a short walk (or even quicker tram ride) to the Tower. The apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable.

Was noisy outside late at night and early in the morning as not far from a wetherspoons but not the apartments fault

Amazing

The apartment was really clean, had most things that you need for an enjoyable stay. The location is exceptional, still in the heart of most venues but in a quiet street. Great for families.

No tea or coffee on arrival. Bathroom was small but manageable. Nails coming loose on carpet trim to bedroom door which can easily be fixed.

We have had a lovely time here my grand children have loved ever minute, there were some toys in one of the cupboard so

I liked the area it was in we were right by the fair and sand castle water park and just a short walk or tram ride to the city centre.

Slight problem with the door in bathroom but it was easily fix

Lovely clean apartment, well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge.

Very creaky floorboards, fire alarm went off when spraying deodorant, poorly lit entrance when trying to put code in for key.

Everything was excellent, exceptionally clean and spacious ground floor apartment just a few minutes walk from South Pier and the Pleasure Beach. Great communication with the host and free parking was a bonus, we also arranged a late check out no problem. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Everything we needed was provided. Extremely close to the pleasure beach and free park was the cherry on the icing.

All in all we had a great stay at the pleasure apartments. I am extremely fussy about where I choose to bring my daughte

The apartment is a great size, with 2 big bedrooms. You definitely don’t feel like you are living on top of each other.

There wasn’t any cleaning essentials like a mop and bucket, broom or a hoover within the apartment. These items are essential when staying for a few nights. Outside the property could be doing with a clean with a jet hose & a bench added. The spare bedding for the sofa bed smelt of stale cigarette smoke. There isn’t enough place mats for the dining table & there was no coasters for cups. The light in the dining room is halved in two which makes the room look cheap. The kitchen door key is on a really dirty shoe lace. A nice key ring would do the trick There was rubbish in a couple of the drawers in the double room also The apartment could definitely use a bit TLC You have a great apartment that just needs a bit of love & attention to detail.

Great location for the water park, theme park. Spacious property for a family. Well equipped and clean. Easy and efficient booking and check in system. Contacted property prior to stay, very helpful staff.

Efforts have been made to update the property, some repairs are still needed. Other guests were not always mindful of noise when using the communal hallway or stairs in the late evening.
