Great location

Only 3 glass tumblers, chipped glass. Old in places , small single beds. Needed updating in places.

Host went out of the way to help us with a facility not listed with the property at a very short time. We would definietly visit again!

The location and views by the River is superb. We saw a heron several times just outside. The kitchen and facilities provided were as expected and well organised

The main point to be aware of is that there is only one shower/toilet within the apartment - not ideal for a group of 5! However there is a toilet off the entrance hall on the ground floor

The property position was nice, next to the river, and only a short walk (10mins) from the village of Settle.

Right next to the main road and traffic noise was a problem. Single bed mattresses were not the most comfortable. Entrance door difficult to close due to loose hinges. The bathroom was in need of a complete overhaul. ( toilet seat extremely loose, toilet un-bleached, shelf hanging off the wall, shower tiles mouldy) Communication from the owners was at times secretive over arrival codes and at other times over zealous with early arrival charges and departure times. Having one message on these subjects would suffice.
