Good location right on the high street. Clean & comfortable apartment. Nicely equipped kitchen & comfy sofa with extra blankets

Entrance hall was somewhat shabby & offputting on arrival. Downside of location was that there was a lot of traffic noise early in the morning - but not too bad at the weekend. Would’ve liked a proper full length mirror fitted to the wall rather than the ‘student’ style in the main bedroom!

Spacious and comfortable Shops and pubs nearby Handy for Rail Station

Just needs better lighting in the kitchen area for when cooking (reading the dials on the cooker etc) Still lots of stone lorry traffic noise outside despite a new road surface just laid and lined out during my stay

Great location, convenient parking & easy key access. Recommend, though flood damage needs sorting.

The keys were stored in a key box, and the access code was provided in advance.

The apartment had noticeable flood damage that hadn’t been repaired, which unfortunately wasn't communicated and negatively affected its appearance.

Beautiful modern apartment right in town, so very central

Really spacious and modern apartment, lots of steps up and down inside - but not a problem. Beautiful bathroom and great shower. Would have liked more china and cutlery. We prepare our own meals and it was difficult with minimal plates etc. Really enjoyed our stay in Settle, a really lovely village

Central location value for money

The location was good in the town centre lack off parking was a downer but the car park recommended by the owner was very close to the apartment and reasonably priced

Hi thought the apartment inside was clean and as everything you needed but was a bit dated and the hallways up to the apartment could have done with a bit of sprucing up and the yard leading to the door could do we tied up a bit.

The flat it self it looked like the photos. I stressed for over 24hrs until the drain was unblocked. It was a good locat

It was well equipped in the kitchen and lounge area. The beds were completely.

Liked all but could suggest a few things to make it a 10. A teapot - I dislike juggling teabags A few more store cupboard items. The Tea and coffee / sugar sachets were welcome but for a short break salt, pepper, oil would be very useful.

Perfect for a visit to Settle !

Beautiful and clean apartment in the centre of Settle. It had everything we needed for our short visit. Very comfortable and relaxing.

A little road noise in the morning but it was hot weather and we had the windows open .

Three key safe codes sent in one communication, no indication which code related to which flat., one different code one in another communication. I called the owner (or agent) and they were able to sort this out, so not a massive problem but owner/agent may want to be more specific in future.

Nice little flat.More than adequate facilities and handy location for the town shops and facilities.

Breakfast not applicable.Very good location and close to pub on opposite side of the street for evening meals.Car parking is at the rear of the premises.It is Council pay and display but the next door working mens club offer better facilities at a cheaper rate depending on how long you are staying.The security is better there as you are issued with a ticket to display on the dasboard and the car park there is covered by CC TV camera.

The lighting was somewhat dim for reading purposes and I found the controls on the heating system radiator complicated,so much so that I was unable to warm the lounge.We became aware of a local problem in that lorries running back and forth to some local quarry start well befoe 6am.Apparently they are not permitted to do so and infringe some local legal arrangement on a daily weekday basis.Niot a great problem for me personally but it could be to guests not wanting such an early start to the day.

Stylish, sleek, comfortable and clean with a great location

Loved the decor and the whole set up. We stayed in flat 4 which was on the top floor and have a great view of a local crag where we saw climbers so deffo coming back for that. Fab location right centre and the car park just down the walkway is amazing very close indeed. Clean and tidy as well. Bigger than it looks on the photos and like a proper flat. Would recommend.

Two night stay in Settle.

The location in the heart of Settle was ideal for a few days in the area. It was close to the shops and pubs and a short walk from the car park. Communication with the host was very good and access via a key box was simple. The apartment was large with a great living space.

Location ideal for us as we where doing the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge, hamdybfor the first train rom settle station to Horton in ribblesdale for the start of the walk. Close to some nice places to eat, would recommend the golden lion and the Italian under the arches.

A pleasant, comfortable stay.

Great central location in the town. Car park was very close /handy and reasonable price. Apartment was spacious, clean, bright and well kept. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of hot water. Good communication from the hosts with all information needed - how to get keys, parking, places to eat etc. Would recommend.

It’s central location in the centre of Settle, within a short walk if the railway station. It was comfortable, and clean and tidy on arrival.

A pint of milk in the fridge would have been a nice gesture.

Spacious flat, also spacious shower. Excellent location effectively on Settle's High Street, near market place. Access was straight forward after receiving keybox code a few days before arrival.

Self catering. Location was great, easy to get to everything in town for food, shopping, parking. The unit was nice and quiet, we stayed in #2.

Less decorative items of no use could be removed. Short on supplies, we needed to buy hand soap. Perhaps dish soap is not included or garbage bags. Could use another dish towel for our length of stay which was 7 nights.

Lovely, comfortable apartment, but WiFi unreliable

Very comfortable apartment. Well located in the centre of Settle. The apartment was immaculate. It was well equipped, with a smart TV, hairdryer, etc. I suggest adding egg cups to the kitchen. We had none for our breakfast of boiled eggs.

The WiFi was awful for most of our stay. On our first day we started watching a film using the smart tv. However, after an hour it became unwatchable, crashed and kept buffering. I did contact the owner during our stay and they did check the internet hub. However, further checks on apartment 1 are needed because the internet was only really any use for checking emails and even then frequently lost connection completely. As others have said, the road is very busy and noisy. Using earplugs will help with a good night’s sleep for light sleepers.
