Great location for our trips around North Yorkshire. The keys were easy to obtain as outlined by the hosts, and the flat had the facilities we required for our stay. The flat being in the centre of Settle is handy for anything you needed during your stay from the shops, and it having pubs near. by to eat in.
The flat is noisy from the traffic outside during the day and late evening/ early morning. The beds are comfortable, but could do with the foam removing and just using mattress protectors only. You do need to keep the curtains closed to keep heat out in hot weather.

Good shower.
Kitchen/living area could have been cleaner (cobwebs on wall, crisps on floor, crumbs in drawers; heating difficult to regulate; lack of view; lack of private parking.
