Communication with the owner was excellent. The central location was fantastic. The property was exceptionally clean and in good order. Great value for money especially when compared to the price of a hotel.
We stayed in Apartment 4 and the bedside lamps, although nice to look at, were woefully inadequate. I like to read in bed but they gave out so little light, I could barely find my way around the room, even with main light on as that was dim also. On stripping the bed prior to leaving, I noted that there wasn’t a mattress protector and feel that one is necessary for hygiene reasons ( although the foam was actually clean looking thank goodness)

Well equipped with brilliant shower and comfy beds. short walking distance from train station and bus stop, restaurants and hiking trails

The hallway entrance inside street main front door looks a bit worn.

Two sets of keys would have been desirable. There being only one key for entrance to the building in which the flat was located meant that, on safety grounds, the front door had to be left unlocked if one person remained in the flat whilst the other was out. Also, the top step of the upper flight of stairs leading to the flat sloped downwards, presenting a significant risk of slipping. None of the windows of the flat had any view other than to adjacent walls.
