Great location close to village centre and only a short walk from the railway station. Flat was large and roomy with everything needed for your stay, including a nice wood burner and a large comfy bed - good for the cold winter nights when we visited.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a last minute decision. The communication from the owner was excellent and it was easy to find, even at night in the dark. A lovely little apartment, well equipped and the log burner was much appreciated. Excellent location in a lovely town, full of very friendly people. My only suggestion would be that the bed could do with a topper. That's not a criticism though, we would definitely go back.

An amazing break away. Really clear instructions were given regarding the property and for parking. The accommodation was easily accessible and just off the high street, so everything was within walking distance. I appreciated extra touches of the cookies, wine and milk. The apartment was cosy, quiet and just what I wanted.

The property is right in the heart of Settle. There are several dining options locally, plus a couple of really good antique shops. The property itself was clean and had great character. There was everything you could want in the property and the communication with the owner was excellent. Everyone we met was friendly and genuine. Go in July/August when the flowerpot trail is on.

The property is in an excellent location right in the centre of the village close to all of the shops, pubs and restaurants. There is a cheap pay and display car park very close by. The communication with John was excellent. The property itself was slightly disappointing and not what we were expecting after reading other reviews. The decor is starting to look tired and some areas are in desperate need of re-glossing and there were some cobwebs on the wall, however our main disappointment was the condition of the towels and bedding. The towels appeared to be really old and smelt very very foisty to the point where we had to wash them before use and the bedding wasn’t much better. The bedding did appear to be clean however we had to remove numerous hairs from it before sleeping. We did enjoy our stay however the property could be so much better with a few minor changes.

We stayed in one of the studios which was superb. Beautiful property that had a lovely kitchen, bed, bathroom and fireplace and sitting area. I would not hesistate to stay here again and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great little getaway, property was clean and tidy, John was always at hand with advise or tips. Milk on arrival in the fridge and a bottle of wine and cookies to welcome our arrival. Settle is a lovely little town with great walks and pubs/restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

Great communication from host with directions. Wine and cookies on arrival. Had a very relaxing stay. Host was very accommodating allowing a late checkout after a very late arrival which was really helpful. Will definitely return in the winter months to enjoy the log-burner. Thanks for a great stay.
