Flat 2

Good size apartment and in Town centre. Good views

Quite a few steps to get to flat 2,then again we knew that.Some reviews saying shower head broken, it still is,which is very disappointing. Freezer compartment completely full of ice,needs defrosting .Single bed mattress needs replacing. Been a bad leak near the telly,full of water stains.Apartment is clean and nice,but needs some TLC and a lick of paint in most rooms.Frying pans needed cleaning,filthy.Few more ornaments,cpl of wardrobes would help as apartment is a bit bare.

Lovely apartments in a great location.

It's the third time we've stayed at Town Hall Lofts, it's become a tradition as we travel to Settle for my Birthday and explore Yorkshire's Peaks in The Dales. Some great restaurants in the town and we're lucky because my Birthday weekend happens to be when they switch on the Christmas lights and have a noisy fireworks display (which I like a lot).

Nearly ran out of toilet paper - but not quite. There was a Firestick remote control by the TV but no counterpart device plugged into the TV, it's disappeared since last year. Someone has probably nicked it. Ice box in the fridge was frozen solid but the fridge worked ok.

Lovely apartment

Very spacious and nicely decorated. Very good location. We dumped our car on one of the streets (not in front of someones house) so parking was fine. If you cant get on the street there are 3 car parks to choose from close by where you can park for 23 hours but would then have to move somewhere else. Good places to eat and drink. We are always in settle, have been going there for the past 35 years, absolutely love the place and the people.

The inner window are really grubby, no teaspoons in the draw, some of the plates were chipped, not many glasses, the personal towels are tiny. Could do with another lamp in the livingroom by the TV. However, these are not issues that would prevent me from going back, in fact am staying again, this time for a week in another months time.

It was spacious and in an amazing location.

I have no real issues. There were some areas of flaking paint put nothing to detract from the overall comfort and feel of the apartment.

Great stay at Flat 3, Town Hall Lofts, Settle

I really enjoyed my stay here. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It’s in a great location right in the centre of Settle, close to shops, cafés, and walks. I’d definitely stay again.

Disappointed

The Location was perfect , the rooms were big enough and nice views

The toilet brush was left inside the toilet ?? There was a section of damp on the ceiling in the livingroom above the tv. The sofa was very stained and dirty The beds were not comfortable, the single was very tiny and the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. would not recommend due to the beds

Great place, great location, would use again

it was a great location with all the restaurants around it. The parking discs worked well as we were out all day and then had free parking when we got back. It was very clean and spacious with comfy beds, a great shower, and everything that we needed.

There was nothing that we didn't like. But a couple of suggestions which are meant as constructive feedback as we would definately use this place again. The carpets are beautifully clean so perhaps a mat by the entrance door for shoes as we were walking and had some newpaper with us for our boots. The towel rail in the bathroom was quite small maybe a bigger one Both comments are very picky for a great flat.

Comfortable, spacious and incredibly central

We booked two apartments between six and we all loved them! Incredibly spacious, comfortable and central. There are stairs to access the apartments but it’s to be expected within this style of property.

The only thing we don’t like is that we hadn’t booked for longer!

Fantastic location in the centre. Really big rooms and spacious, good facilities, kitchen TV. Good shower. I'm not sure of the bath as I didn't use it and unsure of the plug.. Need to go up 2 flights of stairs to get to the flat. We were 3 people but plenty of room for 4 or 5 people. I would definitely recommend it and I would stay there again.

I didn't mind, but it's best to be aware that there are 2 flights of stairs to arrive. Good job, my 92 year old nan is as fit as a fiddle.

The flat served our purposes very well indeed

Successful refurbishment with lofty ceilings and a large living/dining room. Excellent water pressure and high quality Grohe sanitary ware.

Polycotton sheets. The kitchen was cramped but adequate for short stays.

The space was great, flat had everything you needed, the location was amazing and the building was stunning.

The apartment is tired, could use a makeover, windows openers are broken, 10.5 tog quilts in summer!! bathroom shower screen grimmy, fridge took ages to cool, freezer needs a defrost, TV kept cutting out until I turned off internet box?, towel stand rusty, no hooks for towels, paint has flaked off walls, 2 large dirty laundry bags left in foyer all weekend, would benefit from AC. For the price paid I would expect a higher standard of attention to detail.

A well appointed and well kept flat in the centre of Settle only let

The accommodation was cosy, clean and equipped.

The bed in the main bedroom. The mattress was unforgiving and the bed creaked. This has been mentioned in previous reviews and we were disappointed the problem had not been resolved. After a poor first night one of us moved to the second bedroom. This should not be necessary.

It was a really beautiful property with everything we needed in an amazing location right in the heart of Settle. Greenfoot car park is very reasonably priced and less than a five minute walk away. A very comfortable and luxurious feeling place to stay.

The check out times are early and check in was quite late.

This apartment is a gem right in the heart of Settle, beautiful spacious rooms

The apartment is located right in the heart of Settle, the rooms are huge with modern decor throughout. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived, I would highly recommend.

The entrance was a bit tricky to find and lots of steps up to the apartment, we also only needed the apartment for one night but had to book a minimum of two nights so value for money felt very steep.
