Location and size of the apartment were very good. Beds were comfy,

Cleanliness in the kitchen and bathroom could have been a lot better. The kitchen had a very rusty toaster, the oven wasn’t used as it was filthy. The window couldn’t be latched open. The bath waste was almost totally blocked, the seal on the shower screen door was mouldy and half missing. The shower flexible hose was damaged with the inner lining showing. The side of the toilet had a lot of dirt and the toilet brush was very rusty. The washing machine in the bathroom was used to wash out some clothes and absolutely stank when the wash had finished. We still cannot remove the smell! Upon inspection the rubber door seal was disgusting, black floating bits were on top of mould. I wouldn’t have used it if I’d known. The weather was very hot and a fan was provided in the lounge, a fan would have been very much appreciated if one was in each bedroom.

Location was great.

Shower didn't drain very well, drain needed cleaning. Temperature was very high, more fan's/air-conditioning needed. Lack of glasses and cups.

The apartment is very spacious and in a great location. The fixtures and fittings would have been great when they were new but are now in need of a little tlc. I was pleasantly surprised to find laundry and ironing facilities.

We struggled to gain access to the property although we were using the correct code. The front door sticks and it is not obvious which way to turn the knob. Two flights of stairs were a challenge with our six items of baggage. The ice-box in the fridge was completely frozen over rendering it unusable. The toilet flush button was broken. One of the dining chairs had damaged laminate covering which was scratchy. The main bed was worn and saggy.
