Very easy as you where sent the code and location before arrival. Very easy to use the coded key lock box to get the key out.
Pictures on the web site where of the other let. It was not made clear when booking which one of Linton Court you are booking as there is 4.

excellent location
communication by hosts was perfect, even allowing us an earlier check in as we arrived by train which was much appreciated
kept awake throughout the night due to noise of boiler (being just above bedroom area) soundproofing would help
mattress not supportive, very soft and kept rolling into the middle of mattress
fabric of roman blind at front door had large hole in it
