Perfectly picturesque stay, beautifully clean accommodation and great host !

Ruth is the perfect host. Upon arriving to a beautiful, spacious property that is immaculately clean we were welcomed with a basket of treats of wine and dog biscuits, fancy human biscuits and posh crisps. After a near 4 hour journey it was very welcomed! The beds are comfy, nice linen - not cheap material! The bathroom was clean and full bathroom and shower. There are cosy lamps dotted about, the heating is easy to navigate and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could ask for. The rear garden is hardstanding and secure which is great for four paws ! And there is the added bonus of the double garage which is a games room and perfect place to store your bikes. Honestly, there is ample towels which smelled beautiful, lovely views and a 10 minute walk into Settle. We had a lovely few days and found some caves, walked in the snow on the higher ground. There is also a supermarket close by with a playpark. It was a lovely break and most importantly- clean and comfortable. WiFi was great, very simple to navigate everything and a large driveway. Lovely. A home from home. Thank you.

Amazing

The house was lovely had everything you need. The welcome pack bottle of wine biscuits & crisps 🤗 although it was for a short weekend we was only here to walk the 3 peaks we did not really spend a lot of time in the house. The time we did spend was very comfortable. Thank you.

Lovely comfortable and value for money

Myself and a group of friends went up to attempt the 3 peaks Challenge. The property was just 10 mins drive from the start point, good location Brilliant parking facilities as we were coming from 3 different areas and each had a car more than enough room. Having not stayed in a self catered property before it was a very please surprise to find the host had left basic provisions (tea, coffee Etc) and even a bottle wine and snacks) Would highly recommend

Great little break away

Property was great and very clean with everything you could possibly want for a family holiday. Perfect location for travelling as lake district is not to far away as well as all the beautiful places in the surrounding area. Parking for a couple of cars and the games room was a massive bonus.
