Horrible, doesn't worth a penny, and privacy jeopardized!

Location which is nearby office!

No proper heating amidst the severe cold conditions - freezing, and impossible sit & work in the room! Privacy intrusion - they have installed a camera facing my room door [the moment I checked in] and believe that they are capturing moments inside the room when I open the door, and during going out -Camera always watching my door - No water heating -kettle inside the room BED is horrible! No proper ventilation No Double glazed windows - freezing Bathroom - no washing liquid or soap ... many other, nothing seems proper! Felt like no value to customers, or maybe their attitude and approach changed after seeing me!

The Worst Experience I’ve ever faced while staying at a booking, Staff is Very Rude my check out was at 10:00AM They’ve asked me to leave at 8:00am I wasn’t even awake properly. I travel all around uk and I’ve got a premium level as a guest so wouldn’t advise to book at Phoenix Nights

there was no normal tv to watch,no fire alarms,no fire doors place is not fit for purpose,the lounge door locked at night I was unable to use toilets or wash and brush my teeth,place was in very poor decor,I rang the 24hr line to get help just to get a mouth full off the owner,when he found out it was one of his people the had Brocken door which he was trying to blame me for there was no apology just more disrespectful talk

Everything. The person I spoke Ann's texted with changed the lockbox code so I couldn't gain entry I will ensure I get a full refund. Thos house obviously houses druggies and he's obviously paranoid. The place should be shut down.

Location was good, that’s it

I was in a box room on the 3rd floor and didn’t any discount for it, was literally tiny! If you get Room 1 just don’t bother with it! Door frame was that small, I banged my head about 10 times! TV wasn’t connected and didn’t have anything on it. Just had a load of rubbish shoved into a room! Had a fridge but no power to use it! Went for a shower and didn’t even have hot water! Got woken up more than a few times! Went to shop come back and there was another guy in my room, we were both booked to the same room then he got an upgrade to a bigger room even though he was only staying 1 night and I was staying 2! Won’t be back!

Easy to locate, a short walk into the centre and nearby restaurants or shops. Good shower and wifi. The owners are amiable and kind.

I stayed in room 1 on the top floor, effectively in the roof space. There were no windows outside, it was a little cramped and as it was June it was very hot. There was a fan but not a very sturdy one. It's not an expensive location so It's not too bad but didn't feel amazing and certainly wouldn't enjoy for more than a night or two.

A bit impersonal - I didn't see another person (guest or staff!) during my stay. Bathroom facilities a bit old-fashioned, hot water not too reliable.

The beds are not washed, there are stains of Blood on the bedding, the room is totally shambles, cables every where in the rooms, the top floor in front of room 1 near to my room is like a Storage, on stariways.
