Parking space is not enough. We’re lucky that the council parking in the opposite side of the street is free on Saturday night, so we can get a space. Table top, shelf and hook for hanging clothes or bag in the guest room is not enough too. Staffs are so nice and helpful, but the hygiene of restaurants tables and chairs need improvement.

We stayed as a family for two nights and had a great experience. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety, making it easy for everyone to find something they liked. The location was convenient for getting around Barrow and exploring the area. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay, and we would happily return.

I give it a10/10. I loved everything about Holiday Express. The room was so clean and spacious. The bed so warm and cosy. The bathroom was so so neat! The staff were so friendly. The breakfast nailed it! I highly recommend it. I am happy, satisfied and so much contented

This Holiday Inn is perfectly situated for the town centre of Barrow, and also numerous businesses nearby. It's clean, the staff are excellent and the addition of the Chromecast in every room is also a bonus when you have a long stay. My only criticism would be the coffee, and the lack of options such as a fried egg at breakfast - I appreciate the latter is because of the Express brand, but the coffee supplier should be changed.

Expensive hotel for where it is feeding off off the BaE need for staff and accomodation; in par with most other places in surrounding area...i needed this as emergency due to sick parent rushed to hospital as couldnt stay at my parents house- too many people there...not a cost I wanted to incurr at this time but had no choice. Barrow is an expensive place to visit. Room clean, bed too soft for me but thats a personal choice. Staff were very friendly, polite and professional. Breakfast is nice, fresh and there is enough choice for most people. Overall a mass expense to visit in such difficult circimstances but had to be done. Place is central and staff are lovely.

It was a charity weekend called Dave day. The hotel were most welcoming and a lovely touch in each room was a wooden spoon with Dave’s face engraved and year he was born / died. Also a small booklet about him and a recipe.
