Good location for a base when visiting the Lakes. Good size and clean. Super friendly staff!

The car park is very small and is tricky to get in to when busy, but appreciated that it was free for guests.

Really good central location. Modern, fresh decor, nice bathroom.

I booked a double room a while before travel, priced at £150 for the night. Then a week before, I got an email inviting me to "upgrade" to a room with a private bathroom for an extra £30. Horrified that we evidently nearly had a shared bathroom, I paid the extra. After we had checked out, I had to go in search of a Receptionist to give us access to the room where we had stored our luggage. I visited every floor of the hotel and to my surprise, every floor, every room, is identical. All the rooms have ensuite bathrooms anyway. I feel a bit ripped off.

Room was very clean,fresh and modern. Hotel was situated 10M away from where I wanted to be. Parking was secure and free.

Only thing I didn't like was carrying all my luggage from car park at back of property all the way around the front of building to entrance

We liked the quick response to our emergency, friendly customer service, cleanliness and facilities provided for in the rooms. Adequate free parking as well. Just lacked a toilet brush.

Nice clean and modern room. comfy beds, our room had a fridge and microwave which was nice. we had to self check in due to bank holiday but process was seamless.

The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful and when I left in the morning I was greeted by a good morning from different lady on reception. The room was great. I liked the colour scheme, the bathroom was a great layout and all round very clean
