Work going on at hotel it however did not affect our stay. Text from Daniel given his apologies because of the work going on . Hotel having a full revamp which im sure will be amazing when completed. He refunded us some money because of this. So very kind. We will definitely return next spring

Lovely base for a weekend in the lakes with family. Spacious 2 bed apartment with good kitchenette Comfy beds Nice sunny terraced area. Easy 20 minutes walk into kewsick

Ongoing building work - didn't overly effect us - but some drilling 08:30 onwards even on Sat and Sun mornings. Ongoing refurb work in apartments - so lots of scaffolding and closed buildings around

It’s close proximity to Keswick, a 20 mins safe off road walkway into town. Clean Safe off road parking for cars and motorcycles.

The refurbishment carried out to my apartment was lacking in detail. A very rushed, cheap one coat paint job. Attention to detail was very lacking. Did anyone check the quality of the painting? Who signed that off? A 10 year old must have been painting. Lazy slapdash over painting on all sockets, not taped no pride in the quality of finish. Wardrobes inside not painted. Bathroom flooring of very poor design seems not finished. Snagging? Did anyone check the finished refurb? Obviously not. All very rushed and haphazard. Shame really as it was a nice apartment.
