Really cosy property with all the facilities needed. Really enjoyed my short break with me and my dog. The location and parking are exceptional and I was allowed to check in from 11 which was really beneficial. Thanks for a lovely stay

We stayed in Grizedale, a ground floor apartment. It was very clean, roomy, warm and the bed was comfortable. The weather wasn’t great so we appreciated the very good central heating, although we couldn’t appreciate the use of the garden. Parking was plentiful even though there were lots of maintenance vans in the car park - presumably refurbishing the hotel over the road. The refurb didn’t affect us at all. We had a problem with our fridge not working and it was replaced immediately.
One thing that could have better was the shower room. It was very small and and had no source of heating. The shower particularly was very small and access was difficult.

The room sizes were lovely. It was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it.
We liked it all. Towel ring in bathroom needs to be fixed to wall.
Could do with more cup coasters
Could only find one so just used s small plate

from the outside, absolutely fine. but overall just very tired and in desperate need of refurbishing and updating
