Ghyll Head Hive Pod Village

Table tennis went down well with our kids

Cleanliness of Mens showers / toilets

Large pod, warm

The showers were a little cold

Nice woodland setting

Lighting could have been better

Good location, nice and quiet. My room had a small stream flowing behind it

Arrived and my code didn’t work to get my key. The on call number in the email was not connected. The on call number written on the sign didn’t answer. I tried two other phone numbers and finally got through to someone who did give me the code (which had not been changed since the last person stayed) - booking.com allowed me to make a same day reservation which I was told they do not usually allow hence why the code wasn’t changed. They did fix the problem in the end but when I was standing there in the rain for half an hour at nearly midnight I was worried I would have to sleep in my car! Also the beds are very small but I am very tall so it’s my own fault
