Lovely locationn, quiet yet a short drive to shops and attractions. Lovely friendly staff, very clean rooms.. Management go above and beyond.
Not a complaint, but would have been nice to have a basics welcome pack ' milk, bread or rolls/salt and pepper - not huge problem as Bootjs is literally 2 miles away - just would have been the icing on the cake.

It was obvious that a lot of pride was taken in maintaining the grounds and property. All staff were courteous and friendly.

The staff were very helpful and just as important, very friendly. The atmosphere and history of the Hall were really interesting with excellent accomodation plus super garden areas. Would definitely come again.
Signage was tricky to spot the lane but was fine for my son and daughter who visited the next day using the postcode to find the location. Other than that nothing at all. John also said that signage was in process for improvement. Really nothing not to love here!
