I didn’t feel welcome (except for the women that helped us in the morning)

Family size room for our group . The women at breakfast in the morning were helpful trying to help us find public transportation which was disturbed because of street closures for a race in town.

1) PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO CHECK IN HOURS! The hotel was closed when we arrived to check in. No lights. No people. Here we are with 7 people, bags, and no way to check in. We were completely unaware. Our driver tried calling for us, but the only resolution was to wait it out a couple of hours. 2) We booked two family rooms for our 7 guests (each rooms sleeps four). I got a less than friendly email at 11:45pm when we returned from being out scolding us for two “unregistered guests”. Clearly the security cameras were monitoring us. On one of the rooms, we accidentally selected only 1 guest. Despite a flat room fee, up to 4 people, they charged an extra $20/night per 2 “unregistered” guests. Keep in mind that if I selected 4 guests at booking the price would be the same as for one guest. 3) Breakfast was fine. Personally, I would save the $10 and venture into town for something nicer.

The hotel is a little way out of the old town, but it's an easy walk and there are restaurants and cafes nearby.

Parfait pour un court séjour en centre-ville

Sa situation proche du centre, de la gare et du palais des congrès. L'accueil vraiment sympathique. L'aménagement optimale de la chambre, sa propreté et le confort du couchage. La télévision qui ne ressemble pas à un timbre post. Les prises à côté du lit. Bref un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

S'il faut trouver des points négatifs, alors, l'absence d’ascenseur. Monter sa valise au 3ème étage par les escaliers étroits, c'est du sport ! Et puis les fenêtres à plus d'1m20 du sol. Mais on ne peut pas y faire grand-chose, ces 2 points résultants de l'architecture de cette maison ancienne.

Les lits était très confortable, un grand espace, ont n’as super bien dormi, la douche était grande très bon hôtel je recommande et ont reviendras sûrement. :)

Juste qu’il ni y’a pas d’ascenseur sinon rien à dire ce n’est pas très important.

L'emplacement était idéal, l'accueil chaleureux et la propreté de la chambre exemplaire (une odeur de frais dès l'entrée dans la chambre, ce qui est loin d'être négligeable !). Le rapport qualité/prix est très positif !

Tout petit hôtel sans prétention, mais au calme, où l'on est très bien accueilli, avec beaucoup de disponibilité. Salle de bain sobre très fonctionnelle. L'éclairage du couloir d'accès à la chambre : pb technique : déclenchement permanent de l'automatisme pendant la nuit, sans raison. On nous a expliqué qu'une 1ère réparation n'a rien donné. Réglage des radiateurs défectueux (tourne à vide)

Viaggio di lavoro a Tours

Posizione comoda (a 5 minuti dalla stazione), zona silenziosa e non trafficata, staff gentile e disponibile.

La fascia oraria pomeridiana per effettuare il check-in è a partire dalle 17:00 e prima di quell’ora la struttura risulta chiusa. Dunque, non è possibile neanche lasciare i propri bagagli nell’attesa. Non c’è ascensore, né frigobar in stanza.

Mitigé malheureusement.

Gestion pour une arrivée tardive, la clé était disponible dans un « petit coffre » contre la porte, super bien expliqué par email. La Literie est très bien, couverture très chaude, salle de bains bien lumineuse et propre ! Disponibilité de dernière minute.

À notre arrivée, notre chambre était au deuxième étage (chambre 7), Et malheureusement au premier étage, une ODEUR de joint immonde … qui remonte forcément sur les autres étages…(donc odeur dans notre chambre qui etait coller aux escaliers) Chambre très très mal isolée, la porte a un jour au niveau de sol donc l’odeur dans la chambre (joint, cigarette et petit déjeuner très très tôt ) .. la lumière du couleur qui faisait que de s’allumer, entendre Tout les passages de chaque personne.. le sol qui grince en plus… jusqu’à entendre les rapports d’un couple au dessus tôt le matin … Nous avons passés 2 nuits dans cet hôtel.. malheureusement nous reviendrions pas malgré une superbe literie et une flexibilité des heures d’arrivées.

La réceptionniste peu aimable et les horaires absolument pas flexibles. Rarement vu un hôtel avec un check in entre 17h et 21h et pourtant je voyage beaucoup. Heureusement personne n’est mort dans la nuit….
