Quick stop in simpel neet hotel with friendly staff

It is very close to the city center and the highway. Staff was very helpfull and friendly. Very easy parking close to the hotel. Charging possibility at 5-10 min walk.

We had a room on the avenue and we couldn’t leave the window open because of the busy road. There were fans to keep the temperature comfortable, but I can imagine with a higher temperature it would have been less comfortable.

Perfect weekend getaway in the lively city of Tours

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The breakfast was nice with a lot of options in the buffet. The room was also very well equipped, with a nice toilet and a comfortable bed, and on top of that, very clean and tidy. The staff were really helpful when we asked for help and very sweet. The hotel had a very honest and intimate atmosphere, which we enjoyed.

Charming but no A/C

The bed was very comfortable and the little garden was lovely. I liked how an old building was adapted for a hotel.

The hotel is on a quite busy street. Because there is no air conditioner, I left my window open but then it was too loud. I decided to suffer the heat over the noise. In summer it would be tough. Also, my hard boiled egg was frozen.

Good Budget Hotel in Tours

The rooms were clean and were close together as requested since we split family across 2 separate rooms. The weren't super large, but had enough space for what we needed for a 1 night stop on our trip. The bathrooms were good and had what we needed. The hotel had the requested pack and play to use as a bed for our baby which was helpful.

There was a lack of space to put suitcases even in the triple and quad rooms other than on our beds to unpack. Also without air conditioning it was somewhat hot for the night, but the room fan did help to keep us cooler than it would have been without one.

Excellent 2 stars hotel

The bedroom and bathroom were very good. Toilets separated from bathroom. Good breakfast. Balcony from the bedroom. Very good bed and pillow. 7 minutes walk from the train station. The best 2 stars hotel that I know.

There is no lift but the stairs are easy to manage with a suitcase. There was a little issue that I informed the staff about when leaving on morning. Otherwise, I would give the hotel a 10.

We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend the Hotel Mirabeau.

We liked that it was independently run, rather than a big chain. All of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The bedroom we had was large, nicely furnished and very quiet. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast was good value with a wide selection.

There wasn’t anything that we disliked but it would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities and maybe a small fridge in the room.

very clean and comfortable. the friendly lady at reception spoke English which was wonderful for us tourists. very close to train station. walkable to town and river. nicely decorated room. quiet. minimal noise from street. no noise from neighbours, but the hotel was not full.

the reception is not open all day. and there was some confusion about our arrival time. but she apologised and we had a nice time in the sun in the small park across the street. breakfast was mostly croissants and bread items. small amount cereal yoghurt. boiled egg was cold and runny in the middle. ham and cheese. So not bad. but not amazing. nothing to stop us staying again.

Old fashion somehow spooky style, this is original.

We booked a room with view on the garden and we had a room with view on the road, the receptionist was stubborn and rude, the breakfast dishes smelled bad (had to complain and has been changed). Breakfast option are modest. The room was functional but definitely would need renovations.

It was clean

Unfriendly and even rude staff, everything seemed to be complex or impossible. I had to process during checkin like sentences like 'can't you read or what'. I don't speak French so I don't understand. Her eyes spit fire like 'what are you doing here'.

A lovely hotel which felt very cosy - like staying in someone’s house, in a great location for visiting the lovely city

This is a lovely hotel in an old building which feels like you are staying in a family home - I loved the atmosphere in this hotel and I loved the main staircase! The photos around the hotel are great and the breakfast room is lovely - as is the breakfast! The hotel is a short walk from the centre of the city and it was possible to secure some on street parking.

I found the Wi-Fi a bit of an issue - but that may have been me or down to the building being old!

Great welcome. The host was very friendly. He showed us where the nice places in Tours are for dinner. The hotel was very quiet and we slept well. Breakfast was also perfect.

The shower area is a bit primitive, but it was clean. The toilet room is small.

Decor. Cleanliness.

Noisy location. Stuffy in room - no air con but noisy with fan. Snacks advertised but did not seem to be available. ( could be language barrier?) Parking difficult at first - very busy road. Considerable noise from heavy front door below our room.
