Cosy hotel in the center of Tours

Very nice and cosy hotel in the city center of Tours. The room was very clean and new with comfortable bed and pillows. Rooms are very quiet at night, so you can’t hear any noise from the street. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Very clean and perfect location. The hosts are super helpful. Unlimited access to fresh bottles of water. Comfortable bed

No air conditioning which was crazy in the 36-37° C summer weather. They provided a fan to survive.

I eneded up not staying because it was 35 degrees and no AC so I only paid for the room.

the hotel has no AC and no lift. the receptionist does not speak any english. they did not offer any help to carry the suitcase to the third floor to a 55 years old woman!!!

Great location within walking distance of everything you want to see and eat in Tours. Nice breakfast room and very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff and very clean.

It’s not a hotel in a typical sense with a lobby, bar, restaurant etc., but a good, clean place to stay, when you’re out and about visiting castles all day anyway.

it was a really good stay made all the better by the young women that met us at the door and explained everything to us. The facilities were clean, very modern and very good value for money. We would book again if we return to Tours.

Beautiful, busy TOURS.

Great location 3 mins walk from the old medieval city, Basilica and Tower. On street parking work well for us on Sat eve as no charges on Sunday - but could be a bit of a lottery on weekdays. Really good buffet breakfast. Hotel seems to have been recently refurbished - bathroom design was near perfect, bedroom had USB charge point at bedside.

No aircon or fan but not a problem for us as it was not too hot.

A good hotel, would stay there again.

1. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to visit. Finding food was easy with loads of options. Places were within walking distance and tram travel. 2. Room was immaculate, well designed and well furnished. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious enough. 3. Staff were friendly and helpful. They spoke English which was helpful.

1. We didn't consider the fact that the hotel doesn't have a lift we should've booked a ground floor room. 2. There was no fridge in the room,even a small one would have been a good idea. 3. Breakfast in this hotel was very light and not hot. We prefer a hot breakfast.

Most enjoyable stay.

This small boutique hotel just felt like being in someone's home as you enter a spacious open living/breakfast area which is beautifully decorated with a lot of attention to details. We enjoyed this novel concept of 'no reception'. The bedroom was equally well appointed with great toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast had all that you would ever want. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is next to the pedestrian area and there are heaps of eating options nearby. In one word: perfect! (and congratulations to the owners for the renovation work).
