Comfortable one night stay

Clean, comfortable; restaurant on site.

No large sign on the property--very hard to find. I first went to the IBIS Budget across the street. Then I drove all the way around the block looking for this and still had trouble. The sign is a tiny one next to the entrance, and it is on the small road into the car park.

Start of a lovely holiday. .

Staff was helpful, polite, and friendly. Room clean, bright, and airy. Beds were comfortable a good night's sleep.. The bathroom was clean and spacious, towels were soft and a good size. Very pet friendly, asked if we needed anything for our dogs' stay. We were well equipped. Would stay again and recommend the hotel to anyone who is going to France. Thank u.

We got lost in Tours trying to find the hotel. A bit frustrating after an 8 hour drive. That's not the hotels fault. Nothing to complain about the hotel.

Small, hot scruffy room with NO A/C

The very good underground carpark next door.

The property is basic and rough around the edges. We were staying one night. It had been a 30 degree day so when we arrived the bedroom was roasting hot. I checked and made sure the hotel had A/C before booking but IT DOESN’T. When we queried the lack of a/c with staff we were told it has something described as an Air Refresh system and that it was as hot in reception for them too!. Anyway the Air Refresh system does not work. Beware. The rooms are so tiny too that there is no way to escape the heat. Thankfully we had to leave at 5:00am….

This experience means that we will now avoid Ibis hotels whenever possible.

The receptionist was perfect.

As usual with an Ibis, our rooms are at the far end of a corridor. The bed was far too small for an adult. The bathroom was tiny. The restaurant menu was very limited and not great value for money. The bar shut at 11pm but they didn't tell us they were shutting, even though we were sitting 3 metres away. The woman bar staff member was very rude. No coffee making facilities in the room or coffee available in the bar after 11pm.

Good location of hotel. Hotel is clean and has own terrace. The guys on reception where very friendly and helpful. Was very good service. The price was included breakfast. Very tasty fresh orange juice and good coffee.

The room we had was very clean. The staff were amazing. Funny and helpful, informative, friendly and very helpful.

The room was minuscule. if you sat on the loo, your hips touched the wall on each side. Beds were comfortable, spotlessly clean with firm mattress and super bedding.

Location was great for the old city and restaurants. Comfortable hotel for a car trip stopover.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate although on the small side. The beds were quite comfortable. The wifi was great. The air conditioning could have worked a bit better but all in all it was a good stay.

Fine for a stopover

The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was good.

That I’d emailed twice prior to arrival about parking and the staff didn’t mention the height restriction in the car park which meant we had to park in the road. And it cost €25. Apparently it shouldn’t have cost that much, but I was told it was nothing to do with the hotel. Also the rooms were quite small.
