There was no internet.
TV has no Internet connection.
In city center but expensive for the small building.
I wont choose it again.

The location was very good - close to Les Halles for shopping and lots of restaurants for dining. Parking was convenient.
The bed was comfortable and there were enough outlets for charging everything. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices.
The stairs were very narrow and steep. We made two trips with one bag at a time.

The situation was excellent for the old quarter of Tours. In easy walking distance of very good bars and restaurants. The wi-fi was free and quite fast.
The Hotel was rather "down-market". We were on the second floor up some very difficult stairs. The treads were very narrow and included a bend so making it very difficult to get luggage up and down. There was no lift and no offer of help. The bedrooms were very small. One of the bed legs of my grandson's bed was in danger of collapsing.

The location was very convenient for the old town of Tours.
I think I must have stayed at a different hotel to all the other reviewers!! This was my last night of a 2500+ mile solo trip so I thought I'd 'splash out' and stay at a city centre hotel close to the old town. I'd just driven up from Bordeaux in a 'severe danger to life' heat warning and parked on the METERED parking outside the hotel so I probably wasn't looking my best and I actually found the owner and her husband to be quite stand-offish. I was given a second floor room with a double bed which was accessed via narrow wooden stairs, a walk along a hallway and another flight of narrow wooden stairs and another hallway. On entering, I was somewhat surprised to see the toilet was actually IN the bedroom as were the shower and the sink. The photos on Booking.com don't show this but there are photos of it on TripAdvisor (I wish I'd looked at them before booking). Also, I'd guess that if you're a UK 5'7" and a dress size 16 or 18, it'd be a tight squeeze to actually use the loo due to having to get between the wall and some kind of 'modesty' partition on the other side of it.
The room had no air conditioning but did have a fan. However, the fan was on a timer so it wasn't possible to leave it on during the night. It was almost 40 degrees Celsius in Tours at 21:00 that night so I took the decision to stay out of the hotel for as long as possible.
I discovered the Canadian Cafe and made some new friends, had some drinks, watched a band and then went and slept in my car until about 02:00-ish when a concerned neighbour woke me up and insisted on escorting me back to the hotel.
This stay was a thoroughly unpleasant experience, the room wasn't particularly nice and was very drab and dated with a view of a brick wall as opposed to the advertised 'inner courtyard'.

Everything was as expected, a comfortable hotel in a very convenient location. A fairly generous size room with en suite shower facilities, storage for clothes and a small table and chair. Free Wifi and nearby parking (essential on market days, you should check with the hotel in advance of your arrival) charged at a nominal 7 euros a day. The hotel reception is managed by an extremely affable and knowledgeable lady who even helped with luggage upstairs as there is no lift. The breakfast is good value and well recommended, a perfect start to the day.
Nothing really of any importance, some minor maintenance issues such as light bulbs not working and no plug for the sink. With everything else being so good I feel quite mean to make mention of them but a review stands or fails on it's accuracy.

Friendly personal. Great location: Restaurants and bars are within walking distance, but the hotel is very quiet.
Loved the one long pillow for two on the bed, it was very comfortable.
The toilet and bathroom are separated from the room by a loose-fitting partition, so you can hear everything going on.
Parking on the street is chargeable and not every day possible.

Excellent location with private parking available. Great advice on what to see in Tours from owner. Although in town centre very quiet. Excellent restaurants close by and right across from Les Halles for superb local produce. Good breakfast. Great coffee.
Nothing. No lift so not suited to anyone with mobility issues.

In my opinion the hotel is a little bit expensive for 2 ⭐ . And If is hot outside inside it will be very hot.
