La Tour de Saint Cyr

La gentillesse de notre hôte, la chambre avec la belle salle de bain, la propreté des lieux, le parking à l'intérieur de la propriété, le calme de l'endroit et le très bon petit-déjeuner continental, avec quelques fruits préparés, servi à la terrasse.

Le lit de 1,40 m de large est un peu étroit.

Geräumiges Zimmer im Seitenflügel einer Privatvilla. Hat mich positiv überrascht. Stilvoll eingerichtet. Geräumiges Bad. Parkplatz im Gartenbereich hinter dem Haus (innerhalb des Anwesens). Die Gastgeberin spricht gut Englisch. Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme zur Anreisezeit ist hilfreich. Gute Lage, wenn man die Loire-Schlösser in der Nähe erkunden will.

Ich hatte beim Buchen nicht bemerkt, dass es ein B&B ist, kein Hotel. Entsprechend habe ich es nicht gleich gefunden - das Haus ist von hohen Hecken umgeben. Für Tours-Exkursionen muß man das Auto nehmen.

No hassle for parking as we have a safe parking in the property and a separate entrance to our studio. - Breakfast in a beautiful garden to enjoy the tranquility. - Location: close by Tours for city life and good food. Besides, it is the best starting spot to visit castles and explore the countryside. - I don’t have the slightest doubt I will come back again. We had a wonderful stay at La Tour de Saint Cyr. The guest house has so much charm, cozy and the hosts made us feel right at home. There’s a beautiful garden, also a separate access to the accommodation, and patio for resting outside. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The shower area was large and the water pressure was good, The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. Secure parking provided at the property. Christina, lovely lady, was very warm welcoming and gave us fantastic recommendations/information for local restaurants and places to visit. The location is perfect - quiet, yet within easy walking distance to the old town centre. We loved the breakfast, kept us charged for the whole day.

The continental breakfast was very good but could have done with more variety. The bed was a bit cramped for a taller person.
