Disappointing hotel, lovely city.

Location was good and easy parking. Staff were friendly.

Very dated room, the place needs a spruce up. No coffee in room and coffee machines were not working at breakfast. Cups in room were dirty and air conditioning was a little hit and miss.

Overpriced

Outside the town in a neglected area . No facilities, bar non existent, no restaurant. 4 stars out of date . Tired looking building. Room basic .The only positive thing was the underground parking which was very secure . Certernly not a 4 stars standing.

Just a place to sleep whilst travelling

Convenient for the town centre. There was free parking. There was a kettle in the room. Staff were good and all spoke English. Comfy bed.

There was no bar area to speak of, and you had to call reception to be served. A plug socket near a mirror would have been a bonus.

Majda was very helpful, we had a problem with our room & it was dealt with extremely well.

The rooms could accommodate a family of 5 which is sometimes hard to find.

Easy stop on our way to Bordeaux.

We had plenty of room (and bathrooms!) for us and the three children. The city center is just a short walk away.

The hotel is right next to the railway station, so it's a bit noisy, even at night.

Great hotel close by the train station

We had a quick stay in Tours to see the Chateaus, and this hotel was very close to the train station and walking distance to where our tour was meeting. A nice good sized room, big bed and quiet despite being so close to the train station, and quite a lot of restaurants nearby, not just fast food eateries. We walked into town and around looking at the attractions, so well situated.

Pleasant

It was the general tourist hotel what I had experienced for a long time. The parking space is quite ok if you don't missed the correct entrance, The parking space is next to the front of the hotel. It is short stay purpose then it is perfect. Nearby the train station.
