Very basic, but perfectly ok for a short trip

Very convenient location at the train station. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Nothing special, but good value for money. Room was clean. The windows are very good, so no noise at all from the train station.

Breakfast room is a bit crowded. The breakfast is very simple (but also cheap, so not really a reason to complain). Air condition is a bit noisy. Rooms are quite small.

Came for the 10k Marche Nordique, and loved it.

Easy to find, nice staff

I came for a sport event and it would have been better if breakfast opened at 6 am. My friends stayed at the Hilton Inn and it opened at 5h30.

The hotel felt like a hostel. The shower was so small it was impossible not to hit the tap and turn the shower off. The toilet roll holder was so loud we could hear every time our neighbors used it

The location is very good, close to the center and in the train station. The room is the expected for a Ibis Budget, being the cost fair.

The organization is poor. We have very long queue for breakfast, which was not replenished properly. The parking space is quite complicated to be in, and they do not send the instructions in advance - and so you need to block the street to have the instructions. The bed is good, but the pillow is terrible.

Disappointed

The lady on reception was great. But the guy who booked us in didn't put much energy into booking us in.

Lack of tea making facilities. Lift was very noisy. One of the rooms had mould in the shower. And in the other it just looked unloved. Not enough seating for breakfast in the morning. And a lump of dust popped out of the toilet paper holder. And the room seemed small.

Nice hotel in a great location

Nice hotel in the centre of Tours. Right next to the railway station. Shops and bars close by.

We expected free parking which they do have but it's on the road outside the hotel. As there was no room outside the front we had to pay to park in one of their spaces out the back which seemed safe enough to be fair. It was only 9 Euros so not a real issue but be prepared to pay if you can't park out the front.

On our return at 22h00, from our long tour at the city of Tours, we found the door of our room completely open, with our things exposed to everyone passing by in the corridor and the temperature in the room at 14 degrees, as indicated by the thermostat room's. We immediately reported the incident to the front desk and the response we got was "I will note it in the front desk book so the morning shift will be informed"!!!. No one, at that moment, came to do an autopsy on the site and no one asked us the next day if anything was missing from our things. At night, we and our two small children (4 & 6 years old) slept in a freezing room that hardly reached 19 degrees just before check out the next day morning . Finally, we were impressed by the bad reaction of the breakfast hall attendant, which was paid extra for 4 people, when our four-year-old son did not drink the cup of chocolate he had chosen.
