Brilliant staff but It is a very basic stopover and reflected in the price but clean and wonderful staff

It was convenient, friendly and a decent breakfast to set you on your way. Staff more than willing to accommodate their guests. I left my iPad in my room and it was handed in and held for me until I could get someone to retrieve it for me ❤️

Very small room with basic towelling supplies of a very poor quality, well used and beyond their best ! It is a basic stopover and is reflected in the price .. but not in the staff who would fit into any quality establishment

Aircon as it was extremely hot outside. Aircon made it easier to sleep Breakfast and the coffee was great and good value

They were warm and welcoming. The whole place felt very clean. Breakfast very good. Bed comfortable. Quiet at night.

The only thing I could negatively say is the shower cubical was poor in design. The water flowed out of the shower on to the floor.

the sheets were clean

It was a really bad hotel. the reception smelled like dirty bathroom, the bathroom of the room was really small, and there were no amenities at all, the bottle of soap/shampoo of my shower was empty and when I went to ask for more, the receptionist, a woman who didn’t speak ANY a English, had the worst attitude and told me there was not shampoo at all, and if I wanted they could give me the next day. I can believe in a hotel, no matter what kind of, the person in the reception does not speak English. her rudeness was horrible, I asked her to write to me in the google translator and she was pissed all the time she wrote and saying things in French. finally she was so mad at the universe that she only kept talking to me in French, which I repeated many times I didn’t understand. for real, a horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay.

Good location near supermarkets and restaurants. Easy to get to if you've taken a late cross channel boat. You can check in using the machine outside so no worries about turning up late

The beds are a bit too firm for me, the showeroom is very small and the noise from the breakfast room echoes at 7am.

the hostel was far outside of the city center, but with tram it works out. It was kind of hard to fix into the tram and bus system, maybe a discription of how to get to the hostel would help. Or maybe you sent it to me and I didn't recognized.
