Excellent value for money, modern clean hotel would certainly use again.

We often use campanile hotels and this was the best, my husband is disabled and we were given a lovely room on the ground floor, with a wet room style shower. The parking was underground and safe, as disabled clients we were not charged for our dog or parking. We couldn't take the dog into the breakfast room and unfortunately it was pouring in the morning so we couldn't sit outside, we took trays to our room which seemed to be acceptable.The breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice. We had been hoping to eat there in the evening as we had had a long journey but there were only pizzas available, fortunately the hotel is located where there are other restaurants and even a cinema. It is easy to access from the motor way.

Even with satnav, the hotel was near impossible to find, eventually called reception and with difficulty due to my lack of French, we managed to find the well hidden hotel and the access to underground parking. Outside signage almost non-existent. Why?

Pleasant enough hotel but not easily accessed especially for many first time users with vehicles

The room was fine ( when we eventually got to it as to which please see below ) Furthermore ,although it was not possible to have a restaurant meal in the hotel itself, there are nearby facilities. For anyone with the time available to them they would also be able to take advantage of the tramway ,which serves Tours ,easily enough as there is a station /stop very near the hotel.

We travelled to the hotel by car but the car sat nav struggled to find it The hotel is situated in the middle of a reasonably new retail and residential development and there is only pedestrian access to the building itself. Car parking is by way of an underground facility served by an access road off another road at the rear but finding this access and dealing with the means of entry was not straight forward for we first time users of the facilities. The hotel ordinarily charge for the parking facility but waived it in our case owing to the initial problems we encountered. The hotel does not have a ready restaurant that caters for lunch and dinner although there is a breakfast facility. Furthermore there are restaurants nearby on the complex.

excellent for a stopover

we stayed one night during our road trip south and the hotel is excellent for that purpose. it is located outside the city centre so access from the motorway is quick, it has a covered parking which is cheap (5 EUR) and there are several good restaurants right outside the hotel. in the morning there is a nearby bakery and cheaper petrol station and a supermarket. rooms are clean, wifi is good, bathrooms are new. staff was friendly and quickly swapped one of our rooms on request.

no family rooms, so a family of four has to stay and pay for two double rooms.

Don't go here -- hard to find and park.

Hard to find hotel -- can't park outside reception to check in as it is in a pedestrian precinct. So you have to go to the parking which is also hard to find being hidden underground and hard to get into: you need to use an intercom for which there are are no clear instructions. That is just what you need after a long day driving

I was charged for two rooms, even though I was travelling alone. It was obvious that there had been a mistake during booking on the website, but the hotel insisted on taking payment for two rooms. I tried to contact Booking.com on the phone (it was 1.30 am) but was unable to do so: the hotel made no attempt to remedy what was clearly an error. The hotel was not busy, so the argument that the room could have been given to other clients was not credible.

Excellent hotel but needs more direction to it.

Very comfortable, cozy and clean with good facilities. The breakfast was of a large variety for all tastes. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly.

It was very difficult to find as the property is not on Sat Nav nor Google maps. After driving around for half and hour we found someone to ask who directed us. There were no signs that we noticed at the end of the road pointing us into the right direction. The only real secure parking is in the underground parking at €5 which was well worth it.

A good place to stop on a long journey.

Friendly and efficient staff. Very conveniently located near the motorway, tram stop with a good number of places nearby where you can get a meal. Secure parking. Good breakfast, enjoyed the egg boiling machine.

Underground car par was hard to find. There was no milk available in a jug for breakfast. Milk was dispensed from a coffee vending machine which was confusing if you wanted milk for cereal.
