The perfect place to stay when on a road trip. Love Ibis - pet friendly and very consistent.

It was close to many shopping centers which made it easy to pick up some miscellaneous we needed on our trip. We also walked over to a brewery for a local beer and snacks. The food was very good and there was a lovely band that played that night. They also gave our pups some treats and toys. Thank you!

Great place to stay to refresh after a day on the road.

Upgraded from the Tours 'Budget' Ibis - well worth it. So much nicer. Welcoming staff, clean, accessible, dog friendly, bar and restaurant on site. Parking OK if not too busy. Room was good - clean, comfortable, quiet.

Food was 'OK' , but a little pricey for the amount and quality.

Needs to up its game!

Been staying here every year - for years - on my way South (and occasionally North). It’s perfect for a few nights - or even an overnight. Vast and superb Auchan, right next door, where you will find a very good array of delicious and inexpensive Loire wines, in particular. Restaurant is well worth the visit .. for dinner; service, staff and delicious food (limited choice, but still worth a visit!) .. never lets you down. Ideal off the motorway and easy to catch the tram along the road and a wee jolly into the centre, which is recommended. Staff always helpful.

It’s starting to price itself out of the area - and I’ve now started to look at cheaper, newer, cleaner, and higher rated properties (with secure and safe parking) .. sometimes the prices quoted - even for one night - are absurd! Rooms, whilst clean and bedding/bed both immaculate and comfortable, the rooms are tired, in part, and the bathrooms are in need of a revamp and upgrade! Lighting in rooms has never been great either. After Covid the bedding/mattress had plastic covers added — you fell like you’re rolling around in a crisp (sounding!) nappy! Very annoying! Car parking has always been a concern - though luckily I have never had an issue; it’s just public and accessible to all and the area behind the hotel/Auchan/Mall isn’t the best!

I had stayed here in the past and everything had been so much cleaner, I was disappointed this time.

A comfortable bed.

The room next to us was full of very noisy people who decided to start drilling in the wall around 6pm in the evening. We were tired after a long journey so this was not very welcome. The net curtain had stains on it and the room smelled of drains. If we had been staying for more than 1 night, we would have asked to be moved.

Relaxing and especially pleased that our small dog was welcomed with treats.

The room was lovely and spacious. Everything was very clean. The breakfasts are really good and the restaurant has a good menu.

The only complaint was that the drain in the shower probably needed clearing out. The tray wasn't keeping up with the amount of water going into it and it was close to overflowing.

Pity the restaurant let this hotel down.

Location was ok close to motorway but run down area and a bit dirty on the outside. Staff were lovely the room was clean and comfortable with coffee machine. Unfortunately there was only herbal tea available in the room. Liked the vegan body/hand wash in the shower room.

Food! Lovely restaurant. The vegetarian burger was mixed with cheese so I couldn’t eat it as I’m vegan. My go to when there are no vegan options is salad and chips. So I ordered that. Chips were ok. The ‘salad’ was a bowl of iceberg lettuce which had seen better days and was very limp with olive oil. I sent it back and received exactly the same the second time! No tomato! No peppers nothing! I couldn’t eat it and this is France!!! Where cuisine is supposed to be perfect! I travel through France frequently and this is the worst restaurant i have ever encountered. I will never go back here.

Practical but overpriced

Convenient location at the fringe of a shopping center, with good road access, bus and tram stops nearby. Limited parking in front of the hotel, breakfast better than expected, very helpful staff.

The price, with 158,40 € for a standard room including breakfast we considered it too high. Admittedly it was a last-minute booking.

Excellent location, comfortable room and the food was fine. Limited evening menu-sensible; Good selection at breakfast despite a coach party eating before us. And we had been informed of this fact. Food was as expected for this type of hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful - professional and spoke English.

Did not understand the menu meaning until it was explained to us. Lack of basic information in the room - breakfast times etc Staff were very helpful when we asked but it would be good to see that in the room

Excellent value for money and very pet friendly.

The standards at Ibis hotels in France are just overall impressive. The staff was very attentive - I was traveling with my dog and cat and for the seven nights we were on the road, in 3 countries, this was the only hotel that had special supplies to make their stay better.

I wish there was an elevator - both my dog and myself do not handle stairs well.

Fine for the price.

Great staff - special mention to Belinda who was delightful and very helpful. Clean and tidy room. Good vending machine for anything you’ve forgotten.

Meal in the restaurant was slightly stingy portion although quite adequate. Although the menu was simple a little more choice would have been nice. Eg vegetables instead of salad. A few small starters.
