Very conveniently located hotel

The staff were helpful and friendly. Located right next to the train station, the hotel was easy to get to. From there it was easy to go to Tours or other rail destinations. Breakfast offered diverse fare.

There is still an issue about payment. I booked through Booking.com. My credit card was charged twice for the one night. But at the hotel I had to pay for the night again. I was told the other two nights would be reimbursed. Still waiting.

I picked this hotel because of it's location to the train station. the rooms are small but functional. We ate at the restaurant 2 times both meals were acceptable however the breakfast was a disappointment. Sixt car rental next door

Clean, neat, fresh bedding. Good breakfast (but I missed egg and bacon) Fresh toilet, comfortable beds

The view, nothing wrong, but not very fancy interior design. Finish bacon and egg for breakfast, even if we were pretty early. The restaurant was closed the night we arrived. No notice at the homepage. But overall a nice visit

Convenient stay next to the train station

The location was very convenient for our early trading to Charles De Gaulle airport. Check in as straightforward and the beds were comfortable for our 1 night stay.

Be aware that the location is a bit out of Tours centre but that was not an issue for us as we dropped our rental car at the train station.

A nice place to stay in near the train station.

A small but cozy room was provided for us. The staff were friendly and helpful and answered our questions in a quick and concise manner. The room had wonderful blackout curtains which provided for an excellent night's rest. The bathroom was spacious and accessibility-friendly. The close proximity to the train station meant we could explore the centre of Tours and still be on our way first thing in the morning. There is a restaurant/cafe in the hotel but we didn't use it as we didn't have much time to stay in the hotel apart for the sleeping.

The hotel is just next to bus stops and the train station, so if you're a light sleeper, there will be some noise (not too loud, but a car honk can wake you up) due to the close proximity of the public transport. Not a deal breaker as you can still sleep during essential hours (11pm to 8-9am)

Stayed one night while passing through town. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Being next to the train station, the hotel is easy to get to. I arrived by car and used the private parking.

While the bathroom was nice, I found the shower is a bit cramped due to my length (1m90).

Oh my, step off the train and there is the hotel! As previously mentioned in other reviews, this hotel located at the train station is clean, safe, sound proof and comfortable. I enjoyed the best breakfasts of all my travels in France at the Kyriad Tours St. Pierre des Corps! Excellent staff too !!!

Had a pleasant stay.

The customer service was fantastic. Stephanie at the reception was super helpful. Clara and Lucas at the restaurant were friendly and efficient. Location was great. The restaurant food was good.

We booked 2 rooms and the air conditioning didn't work but Stephanie was excellent in changing the rooms for us.
