We would not stay here again , rooms too noisy , no staff present and no access to Wi-Fi although this was advertised.

easy to find and clean. There was no staff member present throughout our whole stay . It was advertised with free Wi-Fi but there were no details anyway of how to link up to any internet . No details in the lobby or in your room for internet access.

The walls are paper thin. The man in the room next door was coughing all night and it was as if he was right next to you. One person had their television on all night which we could easily hear. The locks on the doors were flimsy and you had to be careful to make sure the door lock would catch .

After travelling all day I was pleased to arrive at my destination.

The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast was the normal continental style meal and was served promptly and with a smile.

Car parking could be improved by giving out more information. There is ample parking but is best searched for after five or six in the afternoon. If you arrive early then finding a parking space may be difficult. Answer don't arrive early.

Superb

Just a 10 minute walk to the railway station. Very comfortable for a 3 night stay. I stayed over the weekend and had no trouble with noise from the bar below. I didn't eat here but they had a good daily menu which seemed popular. The supermarket directly across from the hotel. A great pizza takeaway 5 minutes away. Also a great boucheres close by selling delicious rotisserie chicken. All good for me. I like the quiet town.

Clean, quiet, very good location

It is 5 min walk away from the train connecting most main cities, also nearby places to visit. You won’t be doing much in this town so it is very convenient to move around by train or renting a car. We visited chateaux by train and spent one evening in Tours. The lady was nice and room was clean and confortable. There’s also a bus across the road to get to Tours and a grocery store opposite. The area is quiet.

Could get a little warm in during the night in the hottest days. Mind the shower is a little high.

Average Price, Average Hotel.

Walking distance from train station. Good WiFi. Convenience store right across the street (currently closes at 6pm during Covid curfew). Was asked if I wanted to book dinner or breakfast, but didn't take up the offer.

1. The lady who checked me in wasn't initially wearing a mask. She half heartedly pulled up her scarf at a later point in the check in process. 2. Reception area was actually in the bar, which hadn't been cleared up since it was last used (half empty glasses & coffee cups all over the place - not very welcoming). 3. The siphon in the WC in my room. was broken & wouldn't flush. But water would be continuinally running unless you turned off stop cock by the cistern. Turning stop cock on for a short while would clear the loo after use. Told reception lady about the issue, and she indicated she already knew about the issue. 4. Mattress very saggy/soft. Might suit some people, but not me. 5. Throughout my stay, there was an almost constant background rumble of what I think were ventilation fans somewhere in the building. Obtrusive enough to be quite irritating. 6. As I've found in numerous French buildings, floor construction must be really basic. When the guest above my room checked in - it was incredibly noisy what with footsteps & chairs being moved, very audible through the ceiling. 7. Hotel was generally tired & dated looking. Probably wouldn't stay here again. PS. Not attributable to the hotel, but watch out for all the dog poo in many of the streets surrounding the hotel.

Environnement loin de tout attrait touristique (il faut être juste de passage). Cloison assez mince pour entendre parler les voisins de chambre. Manque produit douche (uniquement champoing et 1 petit savon pour 2). Literie trop souple (usée ?). Chambre très petite.

Accueil agréable. Situé à 1,4km de l'endroit où nous passions la soirée. TV dans la chambre et WIFI gratuite. Nous n'avons pas tester le restaurant qui est très bien apparemment et à un bon prix.

Lit petit 140 pour 2 et matelas trop mou, on glissait au milieu. Un peu de bruit dans la rue. Hotel un peu vieillot et chambre petite mais pour le prix il ne faut pas en demander trop.
