Very friendly and helpful staff....good secure garage with direct acccess from Hotel lobby, Central location close to railway station and historical part of Tours.

Room was a bit small and dated...but always a possibility when travelling with pets. We never get the better rooms...but so be it......very small lift......but helpful staff made up for negatives.....

That it was easy to reach from the motorway, had plenty of parking place, and restaurants and bakery and cafe nearby.

It had no air conditioning, although there was a fan that helped a bit.

The receptionist went above and beyond to be helpful. Didn’t have breakfast but we could see the exterior eating place from our window and it looked rather sad. Needed a bit of a paint job and some plants put in the pots but other than that place was ver6 good

Amazing breakfast, tidy crean room, proximity to train station and conference centre, walking distance to city centre. The staff was polite and helpful.

Room keys have to be returned at the reception when going out of the hotel. Housekeeping staff kept closing the exterior window shades after cleaning and I found annoying I had to open them every day when I came back.

Relaxing stay a couple of minutes away from the city center

The staff was very helpful and quite happy to share with us all the local points of interest and how to get there. The location is quite convenient to reach the north part (old city, the famous Cathedral, the river banks) and the south part of the city (the city-hall, the tram-line and the newer part of the city) in less than 10min walk.

There were limited hangers at the room in general and at the bathroom. Very few plugs as well. I found it hard to charge my laptop and mobile phone at the same time.

Very friendly and helpful staff. As no restaurants were opened, the staff provided me cutlery and access to the microwave, which was quite convenient. Clean room, windows equiped with awning, good mattress. Very good location (close to the train station and the city center)
