Mark was super helpful as well as the evening staff gentleman who supported us with a great fan to cool the room down. The room was excellent.
The AC could have been better by allowing us to lower it. The big square pillows were not very comfortable.

Bathroom was great with Clarins accessories
Air Con controlled by reception despite there being a controller in the room - Sauna & Hamman had been turned off so were not available - No parking, nor any attempt to help park the car
