Lovely hotel in the heart of the city.

Staff was friendly, rooms well appointed, breakfast was lovely. I did contact the front desk prior to my arrival asking for help with restaurant suggestions and they were very helpful. When leaving, I left behind a new man's scarf (on purpose bc my husband didn't like it) and the concierge chased me to the parking lot to return it to me.

Beautiful, centrally located boutique hotel with a wonderful outdoor courtyard and welcoming, helpful staff.

The hotel is beautiful and the courtyard adds a nice roomy, quiet space to relax. The staff were excellent, we especially enjoyed Nil. We found the breakfast to be delicious and the rooms are well equipped.

The steam room didn’t seem to be working and was a bit outdated.

les tresorieres was a surprising luxury find in tours. the hotel is beautiful, and while the room felt a little 'corporate' it was clean, and had a fabulous modern bathroom with a beautiful tub. the breakfast next morning was generous, delicious, and very well executed. i would return.

it was weird that the mini bar didn't have anything but a couple of bottles of water. i would have liked a few more juice and snack options.

Dispite the communication issues, I would stay again.

The hotel was very nice, clean and elegantly appointed. It was well situated in the old town to allow for walking around Tours and allof it's great little resturants and historical buildings.

The staff, while very friendly and willing to help did not always provide what was requested. For instance, one of the days of our stay, we had the do not disturb card on the door and they came in and cleaned anyway. Another issue was that I asked to have a private car engaged to take us to the Paris airport 2-1/2 hours away. The consierge said "I will book the taxi for you." I responded "No, not a taxi, a private car with driver." He indicated he understood. The next day, a taxi arrived and with no time for us to make any adjustment. That was a very expensive taxi ride. My advice is to be very sure they understand your requests and are not just trying to please.

The rooms were fantastic.The bathroom and ahower were well designed and the shower itself was excellent. Clarins bath products and body lotion.Excellent Quality and Luxurious. The Bed was Brilliant abd we slept extremely well after a long 18 hour direct flight from Australia!

Amazing surprise in the heart of the Loire valley after a busy family wedding weekend

We had a wonderful stopover day in Tours thanks to les trésorières. Also really regretted not taking our swimsuits as the lovely wellness Pool and sauna looked amazing ! The staff were so lovely and accommodated our little 2yo boy so nicely. The renovation is very tasteful and the breakfast was absolutely top notch! Absolutely worth the spend. Right in walking distance of the old town and the Loire banks. Very close to the airport. We had the larger room on the 2nd floor (26) overlooking the beautiful courtyard which was great for us 3 fitting the cot very comfortably and had a sofa and coffee table. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but the receptionist gave us great recommendations and it was really easy to walk into town. They also booked us a cab for the next day, perfect treat for a long family wedding weekend ! Would absolutely consider coming back if we were to come back to explore th Loire valley and its châteaux more.

There is no restaurant just a small bar and a few snacks can be provided. This was not a big deal to us but as a five-star hotel, I think it is worth noting.
