Location
Not clean, very dusty and the shower had lots of black mould in it, we stayed in 212 & 214. Bedding and towels were clean. Went to breakfast and packed the car at 8am and when we went back to the room at 9am to use the bathroom the main had already stripped and remade the bed, we felt uncomfortable re-entering the room, we hadn't checked out.

The hotel has everything we needed - parking, a good breakfast, great staff, short walk to the centre, comfortable beds
The entrance to the car park is incredibly tight, someone scraped their car just before we entered.
On first glance the rooms seemed clean but then I noticed that the walls and lights were quite dusty and had cobwebs, the sink was clogged with hair and gunge!
The rooms are very small, as is the bathroom

The location was great for an overnight stop as not far from the Place Jean Jaures and easy access to the motorway
it was a bit noisy with people chatting outside throughout the night but on reflection we should have kept the windows closed!

Staff were friendly.
Access to the parking is difficult (big cars beware)
Cleanliness wasn’t the best.

Pleasant staff and comfortable room. Location is excellent just a 10 minute walk to several restaurants. The secure underground car park is a bonus.
Nothing really

Breakfast very good. Location for centre of old town excellent. Secure parking was very reassuring.
Something should have been done to stop a group of 4-6 other guests partying in their room till after 0330 hours! The noise was atrocious and they had no regard for any other guests.

Room of a standard of Premier inn etc in UK. Breakfast all was there for continental style breakfast could not fault it. Only used it for overnight stop so I had nothing to dislike.

Lovely little hotel. Free parking . Very clean. Friendly receptionist
Room a little small but not a problem for one overnight stay. Good value so didn’t matter.

We were looking for an affordable stay in Tours and this seemed like the best option. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and conveniently close to a bus stop.
My biggest frustration was around sustainability! I specifically booked this property as it is listed as a "travel sustainable property" on Booking, and - as a guest - it did NOT seem sustainable. There were PLASTIC WRAPPED disposable cups in the bathroom, MORE disposable cups by the coffee maker, and toiletries like a shoe shine kit that, for a budget hotel on the outskirts of the city center, do not seem like a necessary addition. On top of that, there was NO sign to even put on our door to ask them to not come in and clean our room; I don't think I've ever not had the option to put a sign on my door at a hotel. The cherry on top was a tiny sign by the elevator asking guests to take the stairs "for the environment". Really felt like greenwashing. I'm super disappointed in the lack of accuracy on Booking and not being able to recommend this to clients visiting Tours. (On Booking, this property claims to not use single-use cups - a bit hypocritical to then use *plastic wrapped* *cardboard* cups, and it also claims to have the option to opt out of daily room cleaning, which it didn't.)
Sustainability aside, this hotel was too far away from the city center in my opinion. I thought the 20 min walk wouldn't be a big deal but after being on our feet a lot for wine and chateaux tours, an extra 20 min walk in the AM and PM to get back to the hotel (and sometimes mid-day too) really felt like too much. Thankfully, at least the bus is close by.
Last but not least, another thing I've not once experienced at another hotel: multiple times throughout our stay the receptionist would stop us to ask for our names and room number. Like they didn't trust us? Or maybe there are security issues in the area? Either way, felt like baby sitting and like we had to "re-check-in" every time we returned to the hotel, instead of coming and going in peace.

Reception staff were great
The waiter on duty in the restaurant that evening was quite rude. Dinner was self service and we were told to help ourselves, ok until I went to the coffee machine and made 2 cups. Apparently coffee is not included, he made a fuss and said we would be charged, he went to reception to tell them to include a charge and then when we left he followed us into reception and again stressed that we had had coffee and had to pay, all this for about 4 euros
